Abstract
Description
しかしながら、カッパカラギーナン、アルギン酸塩および/またはペクチンという水溶性高分子を含有して100〜40000cPの粘度となっている第1剤を素肌に直接塗布すると均一に拡がらない場合がある。
(1)ゲル形成促進物質を含有する第1剤と、
(2)ゲル形成性物質を含有する第2剤と、を含み、
前記第1剤を適用した上に前記第2剤を適用することを特徴とする二剤式化粧料を提供する。
第1剤を25g、第2剤を25g取り、100mL容器に入れ、ハンディーミキサーを用いて10秒間混合した後に50mL容器に移し、30℃でB型粘度計を用いて粘度を測定する。
ただし、第1剤と第2剤とを混合することによって架橋が形成されない系、例えば、第1剤が水で第2剤が水溶性高分子水溶液(化学ゲル)である系は、両者を混合した際の粘度が400cps以上となる場合でも、本発明の「ゲル」には含まれないのは言うまでもない。
キサンタンガムとローストビーンガムの配合量比率(重量比)としては、良好なゲル形成及び優れたオクルージョン効果を得るという観点から、2:8〜8:2が好ましく、より好ましくは4:6〜6:4である。
但し、製剤全体におけるゲル形成性物質の配合量が一定であっても、製剤に配合する油分量が増加すると必然的に水分量が減少し、水相中でのゲル形成性物質の濃度が高まり、ゲル化が進んで硬い皮膜が形成されてしまうことが懸念されるため、不揮発性炭化水素油(例えば、流動パラフィン)等の油分配合量は15質量%未満とするのが好ましく、より好ましくは10質量%未満、さらに好ましくは5質量%未満とする。
下記の表1に掲げた処方で第1剤(化粧水)を調製し、表2に掲げた処方で第2剤(乳液)を調製した。
(1)1剤を塗布してから2剤を塗布した濾紙、(2)2剤を塗布してから1剤を塗布した濾紙、(3)予め1剤と2剤とを混合したサンプルを塗布した濾紙を準備した(塗布量:5μL/cm2)。各々の濾紙を、一定量の水を入れたバイアル瓶と穴の開いた蓋との間に挟み込み、水分蒸発量を経時で測定して、水分減少量からオクルージョン性の評価を行った。結果を図1に示す(対照として未塗布の濾紙の結果も併記した)。
ガラス板上にドクターブレード(75μm)を用いて、(1)第1剤塗布後に第2剤を塗布した塗布膜、(2)第2剤塗布後に第1剤塗布した塗布膜、また(3)予め第1剤と第2剤を混合したサンプルを塗布した塗布膜を各々作製し、終夜室温で乾燥後、レーザー顕微鏡を用いて表面粗さRaを測定した。結果を図2に示す。
健常女性パネル12名により、先に第1剤を適用し、次いで第2剤を適用した後の肌触感について官能評価をしてもらい、次の基準に従って評価した。

下記の表3に掲げた処方で第1剤(化粧水)を調製し、表4に掲げた処方で第2剤(乳液)を調製した。
下記の表5に掲げた処方で第1剤(化粧水)を調製し、表6に掲げた処方で第2剤(乳液)を調製した。
その結果、実施例2と同様に、第1剤を塗布してから第2剤を塗布した場合は、他の2つの場合と比較して有意に水分蒸発速度定数が小さい、即ち、オクルージョン性が極めて高いことが確認できた。
下記の表7に掲げた処方で低粘度の第2剤(化粧水)を調製した。これを上記の表1、3又は5に記載した第1剤(化粧水)と組み合わせれば、第1剤及び第2剤ともにミスト噴霧により適用可能な二剤式化粧料となる。
下記の表8に掲げた処方で第1剤(化粧水)を調製し、表9に掲げた処方で第2剤(化粧水)を調製した。
第2剤に配合するゲル形成性物質としてアルギン酸Na、第1剤に配合するゲル形成促進物質として二価金属イオンを用いる二剤式化粧料を調製した。
下記の表10に掲げる処方の試料1−1(塩化カルシウム及び塩化マグネシウムを含む)及び試料1−2(二価金属を含まない)を調製し、試料1−1及び試料1−2を適量ずつ混合することによって、二価金属イオンの濃度を変化させた第1剤を作製した。
同様に、下記の表11に掲げる処方の試料2−1(アルギン酸Naを含む)及び試料2−2(アルギン酸Naを含まない)を調製し、試料2−1及び試料2−2を適量ずつ混合することによって、アルギン酸Naの濃度を変化させた第2剤を作製した。
本実施例において、第1剤における二価金属カチオン濃度が0.1〜5質量%、第2剤におけるアルギン酸Na濃度が0.1〜5質量%である場合には、良好にゲル形成され、中でも、アルギン酸Na濃度が0.3〜2質量%の場合に均一性が更に向上したゲルが形成されることが確認された。一方、アルギン酸Na及び/又は二価金属カチオンの濃度が5質量%を超えると、べたつきが酷く、使用感触が悪くなるという問題を生ずることがあった。
Claims (4)
- (1)ゲル形成促進物質を含有する第1剤と、
(2)ゲル形成性物質を含有する第2剤とを含む二剤式化粧料であって、
前記第1剤を皮膚に適用した上に前記第2剤を適用することを特徴とする二剤式化粧料。 - 前記ゲル形成促進物質が金属イオンであり、前記ゲル形成性物質が、アルギン酸及びジェランガムから選択される水溶性高分子である、請求項1に記載の化粧料。
- 前記金属イオンが、Na+、K+、Ca2+、Mg2+及びAl3+からなる群から選択される、請求項2に記載の化粧料。
- (1)ゲル形成促進物質を含有する第1剤を皮膚に適用し、次いで、
(2)ゲル形成性物質を含有する第2剤を前記第1剤の上に適用することを含む、皮膚にうるおい及び弾力を付与するための化粧方法。
