パターンA;
(振動数比u)<1、又は、1<(振動数比u)<√2であるとき、振動伝達率τは1以上となってしまい、ホーン1020で印加される振動が増幅される形で電池セル100の接続部107に伝達されてしまうことがわかる。
パターンB;
(振動数比u)=1であるときには、振動伝達率τは無限大となり、ホーン1020で印加される振動が無限大に増幅され、電池セル100の接続部107に印加されてしまう最悪の状態となる。
パターンC;
√2<(振動数比u)であるときは、振動伝達率τは1未満となり、ホーン1020で印加される振動が減衰され電池セル100の接続部107に伝達されることがわかる。ここで、振動数比uが、2≦(振動数比u)≦3の範囲であると、振動が十分に減衰され、防振効果があることが知られている。

Claims (4)
- ラミネートフィルム外装材から引き出された引き出しタブを有する電池セルを複数積層し、隣接する電池セルを電気的に接続する補助を行う連結補助部材を含む電池パックであって、
前記連結補助部材には、主面を有する導電板材を固定する導電板材固定部が設けられ、
前記引き出しタブと前記導電板材の前記主面とが導電接続されると共に、
前記引き出しタブには振動伝達率変更曲折部が設けられる電池パック。 - 前記連結補助部材には、前記引き出しタブに振動伝達率変更曲折部を形成する誘導板が設けられる請求項1に記載の電池パック。
- ラミネートフィルム外装材から引き出された引き出しタブを有する電池セルを複数積層し、隣接する電池セルを電気的に接続する補助を行う連結補助部材を含む電池パックの製造方法であって、
前記連結補助部材に主面を有する導電板材を固定する工程と、
前記引き出しタブに振動伝達率変更曲折部を設ける工程と、
前記引き出しタブと前記導電板材の前記主面とを導電接続する工程と、
を有する電池パックの製造方法。 - 前記連結補助部材には、前記引き出しタブに振動伝達率変更曲折部を形成する誘導板が設けられる請求項3に記載の電池パックの製造方法。
