Abstract
Description
多価カルボン酸としてクエン酸(和光純薬工業株式会社製)を用い、糖類としてスクロース(和光純薬工業株式会社製)を用いて、表1に示す配合割合で混合した混合物を調製した。次に、その混合物を120℃、60分間の条件で加熱処理を行い、反応生成物に水を加えて濃度65質量%の接着剤水溶液を調製した。ここで、濃度65質量%の接着剤水溶液とは、反応生成物の配合割合が接着剤水溶液全量に対して65質量%であることを意味する。
多価カルボン酸及び糖類とともに、触媒として硫酸アンモニウム(和光純薬工業株式会社製)を混合した混合物を調製した以外は実施例1〜3と同様にして木質ボードを作製した。
触媒として塩化アンモニウム(和光純薬工業株式会社製)を混合した以外は実施例4〜8と同様にして木質ボードを作製した。
多価カルボン酸としてクエン酸(和光純薬工業株式会社製)を用い、糖類としてスクロース(和光純薬工業株式会社製)を用い、分散剤としてパラフィンWAX(和光純薬工業株式会社製)、ポリエチレングリコール(PEG:和光純薬工業株式会社製)、ポリプロピレングリコール(PPG:和光純薬工業株式会社製)を用いて、表1に示す配合割合で混合した混合物を調製した。次に、その混合物を230℃、60分間の条件で加熱処理を行い、加熱反応生成物を調製した。また、その反応生成物を冷却して固化したものに対して、クエン酸(和光純薬工業株式会社製)、硫酸アンモニウム(和光純薬工業株式会社製)、塩化アンモニウム(和光純薬工業株式会社製)、パラトルエンスルホン酸(PTSA:和光純薬工業株式会社製)を表1に示す配合割合で後添加して粉砕することにより、粉末状の加熱反応生成物を得た。
[曲げ強度:IB]
作製した木質ボードについて、曲げ強度をJISA5908:2003に準拠して測定した。なお、曲げ強度の測定は常態で行った。
作製した木質ボードについて、吸水厚さ膨張率をJISA5908:2003に準拠して測定した。
第1態様に係る熱圧成形用接着剤は、多価カルボン酸と糖類とを含む混合物を加熱処理して得られる反応生成物を含有する。
Claims (17)
- 多価カルボン酸と糖類とを含む混合物を加熱処理して得られる反応生成物を含有することを特徴とする熱圧成形用接着剤。
- 前記混合物は、硫酸アンモニウム及び塩化アンモニウムの少なくとも1種を更に含有することを特徴とする請求項1に記載の熱圧成形用接着剤。
- 前記加熱処理して得られた反応生成物に、硫酸アンモニウム及び塩化アンモニウムの少なくとも1種が後添加されていることを特徴とする請求項1又は2に記載の熱圧成形用接着剤。
- 木粉を更に含有し、
微粉化されていることを特徴とする請求項1から3のいずれか一項に記載の熱圧成形用接着剤。 - 水溶液化されていることを特徴とする請求項1から3のいずれか一項に記載の熱圧成形用接着剤。
- 前記混合物は、分散剤を更に含有することを特徴とする請求項1から5のいずれか一項に記載の熱圧成形用接着剤。
- 前記分散剤が、ワックス又はポリエーテルであることを特徴とする請求項6に記載の熱圧成形用接着剤。
- 前記多価カルボン酸がクエン酸であり、
前記糖類がスクロースであることを特徴とする請求項1から7のいずれか一項に記載の熱圧成形用接着剤。 - 請求項1から8のいずれかに記載の熱圧成形用接着剤と、木質小片の集合体との混合物を、熱圧成形してなることを特徴とする木質ボード。
- 多価カルボン酸と糖類とを混合して混合物を得る第1工程と、
前記混合物を加熱処理して反応生成物を得る第2工程と、を含み、
前記第1工程及び前記第2工程をこの順に行う
熱圧成形用接着剤の製造方法。 - 前記第1工程において、硫酸アンモニウム及び塩化アンモニウムの少なくとも1種をさらに混合する
請求項10に記載の熱圧成形用接着剤の製造方法。 - 硫酸アンモニウム及び塩化アンモニウムの少なくとも1種を前記反応生成物に添加する第3工程をさらに含み、
前記第2工程を行った後に前記第3工程を行う
請求項10又は11に記載の熱圧成形用接着剤の製造方法。 - 前記第1工程において、木粉をさらに混合する
請求項10から12のいずれか1項に記載の熱圧成形用接着剤の製造方法。 - 水を添加する第4工程をさらに含み、
前記第2工程を行った後に前記第4工程を行う
請求項10から12のいずれか1項に記載の熱圧成形用接着剤の製造方法。 - 木粉を添加し、水分を乾燥する第5工程をさらに含み、
前記第3工程及び前記第4工程を行った後に前記第5工程を行う
請求項14に記載の熱圧成形用接着剤の製造方法。 - 前記第1工程において、分散剤をさらに混合する
請求項10から15のいずれか1項に記載の熱圧成形用接着剤の製造方法。 - 請求項10から16のいずれか1項に記載の熱圧成形用接着剤の製造方法で得られる熱圧成形用接着剤と、木質小片の集合体とを混合し、熱圧成形する
