Claims (5)
- モータケーシング内に収納されたロータと、
前記モータケーシング内に収納され、前記ロータを回転駆動させるステータと、
軸受により保持されて前記ロータと一体に回転する回転軸と、
前記回転軸の一方の端部を貫通させ、前記モータケーシングを閉鎖するエンドブラケットと、
前記回転軸の他端部を支持し、該回転軸の回転により旋回運動する旋回スクロールと、
前記旋回スクロールと対向配置された固定スクロールと、
前記エンドブラケットとの間に間隔を保って前記回転軸の一方の端部に固定されており、ファンカバー内部に収容された回転羽根の回転により、前記ファンカバーの前記エンドブラケットと対面する端面に設けられた吸い込み口から外気を吸込み、前記固定スクロール又は前記旋回スクロールを冷却する冷却風を前記ファンカバー内部で発生させる吸込み式の冷却ファンと、
前記冷却ファンに対面する前記エンドブラケットに固定され、一端が前記回転軸に接する除電ブラシと、を有することを特徴とするスクロール圧縮機。 - 前記除電ブラシと、前記除電ブラシを前記エンドブラケットに固定する固定部材とが、外部に露出されていることを特徴とする請求項1に記載のスクロール圧縮機。
- 前記回転軸の前記冷却ファン側の端部にカウンタウェイトが設けられていることを特徴とする請求項1に記載のスクロール圧縮機。
- 前記ステータは、コイルが巻回された鉄心片が周方向に複数配置されており、
前記ステータと前記ロータとは、前記回転軸に平行な方向に、空隙を挟んで対向配置されていることを特徴とする請求項1に記載のスクロール圧縮機。 - 前記鉄心片は、アモルファス金属により形成されていることを特徴とする請求項4に記載のスクロール圧縮機。
