Abstract
Description
この混合方法は、一方の溶液Aを希釈して希釈液とし、この希釈液に他の溶液Bを混合する。
以上の混合装置は、たとえば、次亜塩素酸ナトリウムの水溶液に、pH調整用の塩酸等の酸を混合して、溶液のpHを4付近に調整して、HOCl含有量の多い殺菌水とする用途に極めて効果的に使用できる。混合部分が局部的に低いpHとなって、有害な塩素ガスなどが発生することがなく、また塩素ガスとなって有効成分を失うことなく、殺菌に有効なHOCl含有量の殺菌水とすることができる。
また、互いに高濃度な状態で混合すると凝集する肥料などの混合装置に使用されても、混合部分での凝集を防止して有効な肥料成分を含む養液にできる特徴もある。

Claims (9)
- 複数の溶液を希釈液に混合して希釈する混合装置であって、
希釈液に第1の溶液を混合して第1の希釈溶液とする第1の希釈器と、
希釈液に第2の溶液を混合して第2の希釈溶液とする第2の希釈器と、
前記第1の希釈器から排出される第1の希釈溶液と、前記第2の希釈器から排出される第2の希釈溶液とを混合する密閉タンクとを備える複数溶液の混合装置。 - 請求項1に記載される複数溶液の混合装置であって、
前記密閉タンクがサイクロンで、前記サイクロンが前記第1の希釈溶液の流入口と、前記第2の希釈溶液の流入口とを接線方向に連結してなることを特徴とする複数溶液の混合装置。 - 請求項1又は2に記載される複数溶液の混合装置であって、
前記密閉タンクのサイクロンが垂直方向に延びる円筒状であって、円筒の中心には混合液の排出管を連結しており、
前記排出管は、混合液の流入口を前記サイクロンの上端から下方に離れた位置に配置してなることを特徴とする複数溶液の混合装置。 - 請求項3に記載される複数溶液の混合装置であって、
前記密閉タンクのサイクロンが上端に空気抜き弁を連結してなることを特徴とする複数溶液の混合装置。 - 請求項1ないし4のいずれかに記載される複数溶液の混合装置であって、
前記第1の希釈器がサイクロンである複数溶液の混合装置。 - 請求項1ないし4のいずれかに記載される複数溶液の混合装置であって、
前記第2の希釈器がサイクロンである複数溶液の混合装置。 - 請求項1ないし4のいずれかに記載される複数溶液の混合装置であって、
前記第1の希釈器がエジェクターポンプである複数溶液の混合装置。 - 請求項1ないし4のいずれかに記載される複数溶液の混合装置であって、
前記第2の希釈器がエジェクターポンプである複数溶液の混合装置。 - 複数の溶液を希釈液に混合して希釈する混合方法であって、
希釈液に第1の溶液を混合して第1の希釈溶液とし、さらに、
希釈液に第2の溶液を混合して第2の希釈溶液とする希釈工程と、
前記希釈工程で希釈された第1の希釈溶液と第2の希釈溶液とを密閉タンクに注入して第1の溶液と第2の溶液とを混合する混合工程とで複数の溶液を混合することを特徴とする混合方法。
