Abstract

本实用新型公开了一种混料装置,主要用于废旧橡胶深加工,包括机架,机架上安装料舱,该料舱上部开有进料口,其特征在于所述进料口连接进料框,该进料框的上部连接旋风分离器,进料框的侧部连接螺旋进料装置,所述旋风分离器连接进料管以及抽风机。本实用新型使得物料进入旋风分离器后随着气流螺旋下降,气流作用使物料和添加剂在进料框处就得以充分混合,提高了混合的效率。

本实用新型涉及一种混料装置。
背景技术
在对废旧橡胶深加工的生产环节中,有一道工序是将橡胶颗粒与添加剂进行混合,添加剂主要为滑石粉或者炭黑,也可以是其他粉末物料。现有技术采用普通化工混合设备,如研磨机、搅拌机等,将橡胶颗粒与添加剂投入一个舱体内,在舱体内进行搅拌或研磨,使物料与添加剂进行混合,这样的混合效果虽然能达到要求,但比较耗能且混合时间长。实际上,与普通化工生产不同,上述的工序并不要求降低橡胶颗粒或者添加剂的细度,而只要使两者充分混合接触,采用现有的化工混合设备效率低下。
实用新型内容
根据现有技术的上述不足,申请人公开了一种混料装置,能实现高效、低能耗的混合。
本实用新型针对上述为了解决上述技术问题,本实用新型采用如下的技术方案:
本实用新型的技术效果在于:物料进入旋风分离器后随着气流螺旋下降,气流作用使物料和添加剂在进料框处就得以充分混合,提高了混合的效率。

具体实施方式
见图1、图2,本实用新型包括机架9,机架9上安装有料舱3,料舱3上部开口处连接有混料框4,混料框4右部开口连接螺旋输送机6,混料框4上部连接旋风分离器5的出料口52,旋风分离器5通过支架10与机架9连接,旋风分离器5的进料口51连接料管2,料管2同时与抽风机1连接。见图3,螺旋输送机6包括安装在机架9上的壳体65,主轴62穿过壳体65,主轴62设置螺旋叶片63,电机61安装在进料框4的左端面,主轴62左端连接电机61,主轴62右端连接链轮64,壳体65上部开口,并通过下料框11连接进料斗7;下料框11内设置拨料装置8,其包括转轴82,转轴82两端通过轴承座83与下料框11的两端面连接,转轴82周向均匀分布刮板81,转轴82右端连接链轮84,链轮84与链轮64通过链条(图中未画出)连接。
见图1、图2,本实用新型工作时,抽风机1工作,料管2的进料口21处产生负压,物料随气流运动经过料管2进入旋风分离器后,产生螺旋运动,并受到重力作用下降至混料框4;与此同时,电机61带动螺旋输送机6运转,同时通过链轮64和链轮84之间的链条传动将动力同步输送给拨料装置8,添加剂从进料斗7进入,先后受到刮板81以及螺旋叶片63的作用输送至混料框4;由于物料受到螺旋气流的影响,在下降至混料框4时处于被打散的状态,这样就能在混料框4内就与添加剂充分混合,经过混合后的物料与添加剂落入料舱3内,进行下一步处理。

1.混料装置,包括机架,机架上安装料舱,该料舱上部开有进料口,其特征在于所述进料口连接进料框,该进料框的上部连接旋风分离器,进料框的侧部连接螺旋进料装置,所述旋风分离器连接进料管以及抽风机。
