Claims (6)
- IDT電極と、反射器と、をそれぞれ有する複数の直列腕共振子と、
並列腕共振子と、
を備え、
前記IDT電極及び前記反射器がそれぞれ複数の電極指を有し、
少なくとも1つの前記直列腕共振子において、前記IDT電極の電極指ピッチにより規定される波長をλとしたときに、前記IDT電極の前記複数の電極指のうち最も前記反射器側に位置する電極指と、前記反射器の前記複数の電極指のうち最も前記IDT電極側に位置する電極指との電極指中心間距離が0.5λ未満であり、
前記少なくとも1つの直列腕共振子の反共振周波数が、他の少なくとも1つの前記複数の直列腕共振子の反共振周波数より高い、ラダー型フィルタ。 - 前記少なくとも1つの直列腕共振子における、前記IDT電極の前記複数の電極指のうち最も前記反射器側に位置している電極指と、前記反射器の前記複数の電極指のうち最も前記IDT電極側に位置している電極指との電極指中心間距離が0.4λ未満である、請求項1に記載のラダー型フィルタ。
- 前記少なくとも1つの直列腕共振子において、前記反射器の電極指ピッチが前記IDT電極の電極指ピッチより小さい、請求項1または2に記載のラダー型フィルタ。
- 前記少なくとも1つの直列腕共振子の反共振周波数が、前記複数の直列腕共振子の反共振周波数のうち最も高い、請求項1〜3のいずれか1項に記載のラダー型フィルタ。
- 請求項1〜4のいずれか1項に記載のラダー型フィルタである送信フィルタと、
前記送信フィルタとは通過帯域が異なる受信フィルタと、
を備える、デュプレクサ。 - 請求項1〜4のいずれか1項に記載のラダー型フィルタである第1の帯域通過型フィルタと、
前記第1の帯域通過型フィルタとは通過帯域が異なる少なくとも1つの第2の帯域通過型フィルタと、
を備える、弾性波フィルタ装置。
