Claims (11)
- 大腿骨に骨孔をあけるための超音波手術器具において、
超音波振動を発生する超音波振動子と、
前記超音波振動子と接続される基端部と大腿骨に骨孔をあける先端処置部とを有し、前記超音波振動を伝達するプローブと、
前記プローブを覆う筒状体であって、前記プローブの前記基端部を覆うとともに、その先端部が前記プローブの前記先端処置部よりも25〜80mm前記基端部側に位置する筒状体と、
を具備する超音波手術器具。 - 前記筒状体の先端部は、前記先端処置部よりも40〜80mm前記基端部側に位置する請求項1に記載の超音波手術器具。
- 前記筒状体の先端部は、前記先端処置部よりも50〜80mm前記基端部側に位置する請求項2に記載の超音波手術器具。
- 前記筒状体の先端部は、前記先端処置部よりも60〜80mm前記基端部側に位置する請求項3に記載の超音波手術器具。
- 前記プローブが特定の周波数範囲内のある周波数において前記超音波振動しているときに、前記プローブのうち前記筒状体から外れた位置にある露出部に前記超音波振動の節位置が少なくとも1つ現れる請求項1に記載の超音波手術器具。
- 前記筒状体の前記先端部を覆うように前記筒状体に着脱可能な筒状の取付部材を具備する請求項1に記載の超音波手術器具。
- 前記取付部材は、前記先端処置部に近づくにつれて直径が小さくなる請求項6に記載の超音波手術器具。
- 前記取付部材は、前記プローブの中心軸方向に関して長さの異なる他の取付部材と置き換え可能である請求項6に記載の超音波手術器具。
- 前記取付部材は、前記プローブの中心軸方向に関して伸縮自在である請求項6に記載の超音波手術器具。
- 前記先端処置部よりも前記基端部側の位置で前記プローブに密着して前記プローブを覆う保護部材を備え、前記保護部材の直径は前記筒状体の直径よりも小さい請求項1に記載の超音波手術器具。
- 患者の皮切部と前記保護部材との間に介在される第2の保護部材を備え、
前記保護部材と前記第2の保護部材との間には隙間が設けられる請求項10に記載の超音波手術器具。
