Abstract
Description
図1は、一実施形態に係る心筋梗塞検出装置1の概要を示す図である。また、図2は、心筋梗塞検出装置1の概略構成を示す機能ブロック図である。
以下、心筋梗塞検出装置1を用いた心筋梗塞検出方法について説明する。図3は、心筋梗塞検出装置1を用いた心筋梗塞検出方法を示すフローチャートである。
以下、一実施形態に係る医療器具について説明する。図9は、一実施形態に係る医療器具の側面図である。図9に示すように、医療器具2は、挟持部材20と、穿刺部材30と、長尺体40と、外筒部材50と、付勢部材60と、規制部材70と、を備える。図9では、説明の便宜上、外筒部材50を断面で示しており、このことは図10〜12においても同様である。以下では、穿刺部材30が延在する延在向を軸方向A、軸方向Aにおける先端側を先端側B、軸方向Aにおける基端側を基端側Cとする。

Claims (13)
- 心筋硬さを測定する硬さ測定ステップと、
前記心筋硬さに基づいて梗塞の有無を判定する判定ステップと、
を含む心筋梗塞検出方法。 - 穿刺抵抗測定部を含む針部材を心臓内腔から心筋に穿刺する穿刺ステップを更に含み、
前記硬さ測定ステップでは、前記穿刺ステップで前記針部材が前記心筋に穿刺されるときの穿刺抵抗を心筋硬さとして前記穿刺抵抗測定部により測定する、請求項1に記載の心筋梗塞検出方法。 - 前記針部材は、周囲の温度を測定する温度測定部を更に含み、
前記針部材が前記心筋に穿刺された状態で、前記温度測定部により心筋温度を測定する温度測定ステップを更に含み、
前記判定ステップでは、前記心筋温度に基づいて梗塞の有無を判定する、請求項2に記載の心筋梗塞検出方法。 - 前記針部材は、周囲の色情報を取得する色情報取得部を更に含み、
前記針部材が前記心筋に穿刺された状態で、前記色情報取得部により前記心筋の色情報を取得する色情報取得ステップを更に含み、
前記判定ステップでは、前記色情報に基づいて梗塞の有無を判定する、請求項2又は3に記載の心筋梗塞検出方法。 - 心臓内腔から心筋を吸引する吸引ステップを更に含み、
前記硬さ測定ステップでは、前記吸引ステップで吸引される心筋の吸引度合いを心筋硬さとして測定する、請求項1に記載の心筋梗塞検出方法。 - 心臓内腔から心筋を摘む摘みステップを更に含み、
前記硬さ測定ステップでは、前記摘みステップで摘まれる心筋の摘み度合いを心筋硬さとして測定する、請求項1に記載の心筋梗塞検出方法。 - 穿刺抵抗測定部を含み、心臓内腔から心筋に穿刺可能な針部材と、
前記穿刺抵抗測定部により測定された穿刺抵抗に基づいて梗塞の有無を判定する制御部と、
を備える心筋梗塞検出装置。 - 生体組織を挟み込み可能な挟持部材と、
前記生体組織に穿刺可能な穿刺部材と、を備え、
前記穿刺部材は、軸方向において前記挟持部材よりも先端側に突出する穿刺位置と、前記軸方向において前記挟持部材よりも基端側に後退する待機位置と、の間で移動可能であり、
前記穿刺部材は、前記生体組織を挟み込んだ前記挟持部材の閉じ度合いが所定範囲内である場合に、前記待機位置から前記穿刺位置まで移動可能である、医療器具。 - 前記穿刺部材は、前記生体組織を挟み込んだ前記挟持部材の閉じ度合いが前記所定範囲よりも小さい場合に、前記挟持部材に突き当たることで前記挟持部材に対する前記先端側への相対的な移動が妨げられ、前記待機位置から前記穿刺位置まで移動できない、請求項8に記載の医療器具。
- 前記挟持部材の閉じ度合いが前記所定範囲よりも大きい場合に、前記穿刺部材が前記待機位置から前記穿刺位置まで移動することを規制する規制部材を更に備える、請求項8又は9に記載の医療器具。
- 前記挟持部材に接続され、前記挟持部材との接続位置から前記基端側に向かって延在する長尺体を更に備え、
前記長尺体を前記穿刺部材に対して前記軸方向に沿って移動させると、前記挟持部材の閉じ度合いが変化する、請求項8から10のいずれか一項に記載の医療器具。 - 前記軸方向に沿って延在する外筒部材を更に備え、
前記挟持部材は、前記外筒部材の先端よりも前記先端側に一部が突出するように、前記外筒部材の内部に固定され、
前記穿刺部材の先端は、前記待機位置では前記外筒部材の内部に位置する、請求項8から11のいずれか一項に記載の医療器具。 - 前記穿刺部材を前記穿刺位置から前記待機位置に向けて付勢する付勢部材を更に備える、請求項8から12のいずれか一項に記載の医療器具。
