Description
図1は、一実施形態に係る心筋梗塞検出装置1の概要を示す図である。また、図2は、心筋梗塞検出装置1の概略構成を示す機能ブロック図である。
以下、心筋梗塞検出装置1を用いた心筋梗塞検出方法について説明する。図3は、心筋梗塞検出装置1を用いた心筋梗塞検出方法を示すフローチャートである。
以下、一実施形態に係る医療器具について説明する。図9は、一実施形態に係る医療器具の側面図である。図9に示すように、医療器具2は、挟持部材20と、穿刺部材30と、長尺体40と、外筒部材50と、付勢部材60と、規制部材70と、を備える。図9では、説明の便宜上、外筒部材50を断面で示しており、このことは図10〜12においても同様である。以下では、穿刺部材30が延在する延在向を軸方向A、軸方向Aにおける先端側を先端側B、軸方向Aにおける基端側を基端側Cとする。

Claims (6)
- 穿刺抵抗測定部を含む針部材を心臓内腔から心筋に穿刺する穿刺手段を含み、
前記針部材が前記心筋に穿刺されるときの穿刺抵抗を心筋硬さとして前記穿刺抵抗測定部により測定し、
前記心筋硬さに基づいて梗塞の有無を判定する判定手段を含む、心筋梗塞検出装置。 - 穿刺抵抗測定部を含み、心臓内腔から心筋に穿刺可能な針部材と、
前記穿刺抵抗測定部により測定された穿刺抵抗に基づいて梗塞の有無を判定する制御部と、
を備える心筋梗塞検出装置。 - 前記針部材は、前記心筋に穿刺された状態で、心筋温度を測定する温度測定部を更に含み、
前記制御部は、前記心筋温度に基づいて梗塞の有無を判定する、請求項2に記載の心筋梗塞検出装置。 - 前記針部材は、前記心筋に穿刺された状態で、前記心筋の色情報を取得する色情報取得部を更に含み、
前記制御部は、前記色情報に基づいて梗塞の有無を判定する、請求項2又は3に記載の心筋梗塞検出装置。 - 心筋を吸引する吸引部と、
前記吸引部による前記心筋の吸引度合いを測定する吸引度合い測定部と、
前記吸引度合い測定部により測定された前記心筋の吸引度合いに基づいて梗塞の有無を判定する制御部と、を含む、心筋梗塞検出装置。 - 心筋を摘む摘み部と、
前記摘み部による前記心筋の摘み度合いを測定する摘み度合い測定部と、
前記摘み度合い測定部により測定された前記心筋の摘み度合いに基づいて梗塞の有無を判定する制御部と、を含む、心筋梗塞検出装置。
