Description
Claims (15)
- 外科手術システムであって、
刺激発生器と、
外科手術器具の作業端部に配置されている少なくとも1つのセンサと、
前記少なくとも1つのセンサに連結されている制御器とを含み、
前記制御器は、
前記外科手術器具の前記作業端部に近接した領域内の組織又はアーチファクトに前記刺激発生器によって与えられた刺激の解析を始めるための入力に応答して前記少なくとも1つのセンサから経時的にデータを取得し、
前記少なくとも1つのセンサから経時的に取得された前記データを解析して、センサデータ解析結果を生成し、
前記センサデータ解析結果に対して信号処理方法及び/又はパターン照合を行い、且つ、
前記信号処理方法又は前記パターン照合から前記刺激発生器によって与えられた刺激に応答した変化の有無に基づいて前記組織又は前記アーチファクトが前記外科手術器具の前記作業端部に近接した前記領域内に存在するかを示す、
ように構成され、
前記少なくとも1つのセンサは、少なくとも1つの発光素子及び少なくとも1つの光センサを含み、該少なくとも1つの発光素子及び該少なくとも1つの光センサは前記外科手術器具の前記作業端部に配置され、
前記制御器は、前記少なくとも1つの光センサからの信号から脈動成分と非脈動成分とを分離するスプリッタと、前記脈動成分及び/又は前記非脈動成分を解析して前記センサデータ解析結果を生成し、前記センサデータ解析結果に対して信号処理方法及び/又はパターン照合を行うアナライザとを備える、外科手術システム。 - 前記制御器は、ウェーブレット方法、短時間フーリエ変換方法、及びWigner-Ville解析方法の少なくとも1つを含む時間周波数解析方法を用いて前記少なくとも1つのセンサから取得された前記データを解析するように構成されている、請求項1に記載の外科手術システム。
- 前記信号処理方法は、しきい値に対する前記センサデータ解析結果の比較を含む、請求項1又は2に記載の外科手術システム。
- 前記少なくとも1つのセンサはセンサアレイを含み、且つ前記信号処理方法は前記センサアレイに沿った各センサのタイムデータを含むテンソルに対して実行される平均二乗誤差処理を含む、請求項1又は2に記載の外科手術システム。
- 二次元テンソルは、一次元センサアレイに使用され、且つ三次元テンソルは、二次元センサアレイに使用される、請求項4に記載の外科手術システム。
- 前記刺激発生器は、電気刺激発生器を含む、請求項1~5のいずれか一項に記載の外科手術システム。
- 前記外科手術器具は第1のジョー及び第2のジョーを含み、前記少なくとも1つの光センサは前記第1のジョーに配置され、且つ前記少なくとも1つの発光素子は前記第2のジョーに配置されている、請求項1に記載の外科手術システム。
- 前記少なくとも1つの発光素子及び前記少なくとも1つの光センサは、共通の方向を向き、それらの間に固定又は可変の間隔を有する、請求項1に記載の外科手術システム。
- 出力装置を更に含み、前記制御器は、前記出力装置に接続され、且つオペレータに前記外科手術器具の前記作業端部に近接した領域内の前記組織又は前記アーチファクトの存在を知らせるための前記出力装置を作動するように構成されている、請求項1~8のいずれか一項に記載の外科手術システム。
- 外科手術システムであって、
刺激発生器と、
少なくとも1つのセンサと、
前記少なくとも1つのセンサに接続されている制御器とを含み、
前記制御器は、前記少なくとも1つのセンサに近接した組織又はアーチファクトは前記刺激発生器によって与えられた刺激に応答して変化するかを決定し、且つ前記組織又はアーチファクトは前記刺激発生器によって与えられた刺激に応答した変化の有無に基づいて外科手術器具の作業端部に近接した領域内に存在するかを示すように構成され、
前記少なくとも1つのセンサは、少なくとも1つの発光素子及び少なくとも1つの光センサを含み、該少なくとも1つの発光素子及び該少なくとも1つの光センサは前記外科手術器具の前記作業端部に配置され、
前記制御器は、前記少なくとも1つの光センサからの信号から脈動成分と非脈動成分とを分離するスプリッタと、前記脈動成分及び/又は前記非脈動成分を解析して前記刺激発生器によって与えられた前記刺激に応答する、前記少なくとも1つのセンサに近接した前記組織又は前記アーチファクトが変化するかを決定するアナライザとを備える、外科手術システム。 - 前記刺激発生器は、電気刺激発生器を含む、請求項10に記載の外科手術システム。
- 前記電気刺激発生器は、少なくとも1つ以上の表面電極、少なくとも1つ以上の挿入電極、又は少なくとも1つ以上の手術用プローブ若しくはニードルと電気的に接続され又は連結されている、請求項11に記載の外科手術システム。
- 前記外科手術器具は、第1のジョー及び第2のジョーを含み、前記少なくとも1つの光センサは前記第1のジョーに配置され、且つ前記少なくとも1つの発光素子は、前記第2のジョーに配置されている、請求項10に記載の外科手術システム。
- 前記少なくとも1つの発光素子及び前記少なくとも1つの光センサは、共通の方向を向き、それらの間に固定又は可変の間隔を有する、請求項10に記載の外科手術システム。
- 前記外科手術器具は、第1のジョー及び第2のジョーを含み、前記電気刺激発生器は、2つの電極を含み、各ジョーが前記電極の1つを含み、かつ前記少なくとも1つのセンサは、刺激前後に、前記電気刺激発生器の前記2つの電極間のインピーダンスを測定するように構成されている、請求項11に記載の外科手術システム。
