Abstract
Description
[1.太陽電池モジュールの基本構成]
本実施の形態に係る太陽電池モジュール1の基本構成の一例について、図1を用いて説明する。
太陽電池モジュール1の主たる構成要素である太陽電池セル11の構造について説明する。
次に、本実施の形態に係る太陽電池モジュール1の具体的構造について説明する。
次に、補強線130が、裏面に形成されるフィンガー電極121の一部を構成するときの条件について説明する。
本実施の形態に係る太陽電池モジュール1は、それぞれ表面(第1主面)と裏面(第2主面)とを有する、隣り合う2つの太陽電池セル11と、2つの太陽電池セル11を電気的に接続する少なくとも2つのタブ配線20と、を備える。2つの太陽電池セル11の少なくとも1つは、表面上に形成された少なくとも2つのバスバー電極112(第1バスバー電極)と、少なくとも2つのバスバー電極112と交差する方向に延びる、表面上に形成された複数のフィンガー電極111(第1フィンガー電極)と、を有する。また、2つの太陽電池セル11のそれぞれは、裏面上に形成された少なくとも2つのバスバー電極122(第2バスバー電極)と、少なくとも2つのバスバー電極122と交差する方向に延びる、裏面上に形成された複数のフィンガー電極121(第2フィンガー電極)と、少なくとも2つのバスバー電極122と交差する方向に、少なくとも2つのバスバー電極122から延びる、裏面上に形成された複数の補強線130と、を有する。複数の補強線130は、太陽電池セル11の正面視において複数のフィンガー電極111と少なくとも一部が重複する位置に形成される。少なくとも2つのバスバー電極122と複数の補強線130とが交差する位置における複数の補強線130のピッチp1と、複数のタブ配線20のうちの隣り合う2つのタブ配線20の中心における複数のフィンガー電極121のピッチp2とは異なる。

- それぞれ第1主面と第2主面とを有する、隣り合う2つの太陽電池セルと、
前記2つの太陽電池セルを電気的に接続する少なくとも2つのタブ配線と、を備え、
前記2つの太陽電池セルの少なくとも1つは、
前記第1主面上に形成された少なくとも2つの第1バスバー電極と、
前記少なくとも2つの第1バスバー電極と交差する方向に延びる、前記第1主面上に形成された複数の第1フィンガー電極と、
前記第2主面上に形成された少なくとも2つの第2バスバー電極と、
前記少なくとも2つの第2バスバー電極と交差する方向に延びる、前記第2主面上に形成された複数の第2フィンガー電極と、
前記少なくとも2つの第2バスバー電極と交差する方向に、前記少なくとも2つの第2バスバー電極から延びる、前記第2主面上に形成された複数の補強線と、を有し、
前記複数の補強線は、太陽電池セルの正面視において前記複数の第1フィンガー電極と少なくとも一部が重複する位置に形成され、
前記少なくとも2つの第2バスバー電極と前記複数の補強線とが交差する位置における前記複数の補強線のピッチと、前記複数のタブ配線のうちの隣り合う2つのタブ配線の中心における前記複数の第2フィンガー電極のピッチとは異なる
太陽電池モジュール。 - 前記複数の第2フィンガー電極のうちの少なくとも1つの第2フィンガー電極は、前記少なくとも1つの第2フィンガー電極のそれぞれの近傍に形成された補強線によって前記少なくとも1つの第2フィンガー電極の一部が構成されている
請求項1に記載の太陽電池モジュール。 - 前記複数の補強線のそれぞれの長さと、前記少なくとも2つのタブ配線のそれぞれの幅とは略同一である
請求項1又は2に記載の太陽電池モジュール。 - 前記複数の補強線のそれぞれの幅と、前記複数の第1フィンガー電極のそれぞれの幅とは略同一である
