Claims (6)
- バッテリから電源入力端子を介して供給される電流により動作する負荷部と、
前記電源入力端子と前記負荷部とを接続する電源経路上に配置され、前記電源入力端子に対する前記バッテリの逆接続時の逆電流を防止する逆接保護素子と、
前記逆接保護素子の前記電源入力端子側の電圧と前記負荷部側の電圧の電圧差に基づいて、前記逆接保護素子に流れる電流の異常を検出する電流異常検出部と
を備えたことを特徴とする車載制御装置。 - 請求項1記載の車載制御装置において、
前記逆接保護素子は、アノード側を前記電源入力端子側に接続し、カソード側を前記負荷側に接続したダイオードにより構成されたことを特徴とする車載制御装置。 - 請求項1記載の車載制御装置において、
前記逆接保護素子は、ボディダイオードのアノード側を前記電源入力端子側に接続し、カソード側を前記負荷側に接続したMOSFETにより構成されたことを特徴とする車載制御装置。 - 請求項3記載の車載制御装置において、
前記電流異常検出部は、前記MOSFETが遮断状態である場合の前記逆接保護素子の前記電源入力端子側の電圧と前記負荷部側の電圧の電圧差に基づいて、前記逆接保護素子を介して動作停止中の前記負荷部に流れる暗電流の異常を検出することを特徴とする車載制御装置。 - 請求項3記載の車載制御装置において、
前記電流異常検出部は、前記MOSFETが導通状態である場合の前記逆接保護素子の前記電源入力端子側の電圧と前記負荷部側の電圧の電圧差に基づいて、前記逆接保護素子を介して動作中の前記負荷部に流れる電流の異常を検出することを特徴とする車載制御装置。 - 請求項1記載の車載制御装置において、
前記逆接保護素子は、アノード側を前記電源入力端子側に接続し、カソード側を前記負荷側に接続した第1のダイオードにより構成され、
前記電流異常検出部は、アノード側を前記逆接保護素子の前記電源入力端子側に接続した第2のダイオードを備え、予め定めた一定の電流を通流された状態の前記第2のダイオードのカソード側の電圧と前記第1のダイオードの前記負荷部側の電圧の電圧差に基づいて、前記逆接保護素子に流れる電流の異常を検出することを特徴とする車載制御装置。
