Claims (7)
- 本体部と、
前記本体部に形成され、一端が前記本体部の外部に開口し、他端がタービンスクロール流路に連通する挿通孔と、
前記本体部と別体で構成されて前記挿通孔内に配され、排気ガスの流入口を有し前記タービンスクロール流路に開口する連通流路が内部に形成された管部材と、
前記管部材および前記挿通孔に設けられ、互いに対向する段差部と、
を備えるタービンハウジング。 - 前記管部材の外面、および、前記挿通孔の内面の一方に形成され、前記挿通孔の一端から他端側へ延在するキー溝と、
前記管部材の外面、および、前記挿通孔の内面の他方に形成され、前記キー溝に嵌合する突起と、
を備える請求項1に記載のタービンハウジング。 - 前記本体部に形成され、前記タービンスクロール流路の下流端と前記挿通孔との接続部に設けられる舌部と、
前記管部材のうち、前記挿通孔の他端側に位置し、前記舌部に面する側において、前記舌部よりも前記タービンスクロール流路側に突出する端部と、
を備える請求項1に記載のタービンハウジング。 - 前記本体部に形成され、前記タービンスクロール流路の下流端と前記挿通孔との接続部に設けられる舌部と、
前記管部材のうち、前記挿通孔の他端側に位置し、前記舌部に面する側において、前記舌部よりも前記タービンスクロール流路側に突出する端部と、
を備える請求項2に記載のタービンハウジング。 - 前記本体部に形成され、前記タービンスクロール流路の下流端と前記挿通孔との接続部に設けられる舌部と、
前記管部材のうち、前記挿通孔の他端側に位置し、前記舌部に面する側において、前記舌部よりも前記挿通孔の一端側に位置する端部と、
を備える請求項1に記載のタービンハウジング。 - 前記本体部に形成され、前記タービンスクロール流路の下流端と前記挿通孔との接続部に設けられる舌部と、
前記管部材のうち、前記挿通孔の他端側に位置し、前記舌部に面する側において、前記舌部よりも前記挿通孔の一端側に位置する端部と、
を備える請求項2に記載のタービンハウジング。 - 前記請求項1から6のいずれか1項に記載のタービンハウジングを備える過給機。
