Abstract
Description
図1は、実施の形態に係る車両用灯具10の内部構造を概略的に示す図である。車両用灯具10は、車体の前端部における左端部に設けられた左側車両用前照灯であり、車体の前端部の右端部には車両用灯具10に対して形状が鏡像である右側車両用前照灯が配置されている。なお、左側車両用前照灯および右側車両用前照灯は、構造が共に同様なため、以下では、左側車両用前照灯を例に説明する。
図10は、実施の形態に係る車両用灯具110の内部構造を概略的に示す図である。車両用灯具110は、車体の前端部における左端部に設けられた左側車両用前照灯であり、車体の前端部の右端部には車両用灯具110に対して形状が鏡像である右側車両用前照灯が配置されている。なお、左側車両用前照灯および右側車両用前照灯は、構造が共に同様なため、以下では、左側車両用前照灯を例に説明する。

Claims (12)
- 半導体発光素子を備える光源と、
前記光源を支持する光源ベースと、
前記光源ベースが取り付けられる放熱部材と、
光学部材と、を備え、
前記光源ベースが、前記光学部材を前記光源に対し位置決めする光学部材位置決め構造を備えることを特徴とする発光ユニット。 - 前記光学部材位置決め構造は、前記光源の光軸を中心とする位置決め面を定めることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の発光ユニット。
- 前記光学部材位置決め構造は、前記光源が載置される光源載置凹部を形成する筒状位置決めピンを備え、前記位置決め面は、前記筒状位置決めピンの外周面又は内周面であることを特徴とする請求項2に記載の発光ユニット。
- 前記光学部材位置決め構造は、光軸方向に第1高さに位置する先端面を備え、前記光源の光出射面が光軸方向に前記第1高さより高い第2高さに位置することを特徴とする請求項1から3のいずれかに記載の発光ユニット。
- 前記位置決め構造は、スリット付きの位置決めピンを備えることを特徴とする請求項1から4のいずれかに記載の発光ユニット。
- 半導体発光素子を備える光源と、
前記光源を支持する光源支持部材と、
光学部材と、
前記光学部材が前記光源に対し異なる二軸まわりにそれぞれ傾動可能であるように、前記光源支持部材に設けられた光学部材傾動機構と、を備えることを特徴とする発光ユニット。 - 前記光学部材傾動機構は、第1傾動軸まわりに前記光源に対し前記光学部材が傾動可能であるよう構成され、かつ、第2傾動軸まわりに前記光源に対し前記光学部材が傾動可能であるよう構成され、
前記第1傾動軸は、前記光源の光軸であり、前記第2傾動軸は、前記光軸に直交し前記光源の光出射面の高さに位置することを特徴とする請求項6に記載の発光ユニット。 - 前記光源支持部材は、前記光学部材傾動機構を前記光源に対し位置決めする位置決め構造を備え、
前記位置決め構造は、前記光源の光軸を中心とする位置決め面を定めることを特徴とする請求項6または7に記載の発光ユニット。 - 前記位置決め構造は、光軸方向に第1高さに位置する先端面を備え、前記光源の光出射面が光軸方向に前記第1高さより高い第2高さに位置することを特徴とする請求項8に記載の発光ユニット。
- 前記位置決め構造は、スリット付きの位置決めピンを備えることを特徴とする請求項8または9に記載の発光ユニット。
- 前記光源支持部材は、前記光源を支持する光源ベースと、前記光源ベースが取り付けられまたは前記光源ベースと一体的に形成された放熱部材と、を備えることを特徴とする請求項6から10のいずれかに記載の発光ユニット。
- 請求項1から11のいずれかに記載の発光ユニットを備えることを特徴とする車両用灯具。
