表1に示す配合組成(質量部)にて、潤滑油基油とアミド化合物を混合することにより、粘稠性物質を調製した。
・潤滑油基油a:鉱物系基油(動粘度=4.0mm2/s(100℃))
・潤滑油基油b:鉱物系基油(動粘度=11.1mm2/s(100℃))
・潤滑油基油c:合成油基油(動粘度=100.0mm2/s(100℃))
・アミド化合物a:エチレンビスステアリルアミド(融点150℃、分子量592)、日本化成製「スリパックスE」
・アミド化合物b:エチレンビスエルカ酸アミド(融点120℃、分子量700)、日本化成製「スリパックスR」
<調製例1> OL−Ca
500mlのフラスコにオレイルアシッドホスフェイト(SC有機化学社製「Phoslex A18D」、分子量467(平均)、酸価183mgKOH/g)を50g(酸価0.163mol)とメタノール50mLを加え、室温で撹拌し、均一溶液とした。そこに、水酸化カルシウム6.04g(0.0815mol)を加えた。懸濁液を室温のまま24時間攪拌し、水酸化カルシウムの沈殿物が無くなったことを確認後、ろ過し、ロータリーエバポレータにて、メタノールと生成水を減圧留去した。次いで、トルエン50mLを加えた後、同様に減圧留去する事で生成水を共沸によって留去し、澄明粘性物である目的物を得た。
500mlのフラスコにイソステアリルアシッドホスフェイト(SC有機化学社製「Phoslex A18OL」、分子量487(平均)、酸価178mgKOH/g)を50g(酸価0.159mol)とメタノール50mLを加え、室温で撹拌し、均一溶液とした。そこに、水酸化カルシウム5.89g(0.0795mol)を加えた。懸濁液を室温のまま24時間攪拌し、水酸化カルシウムの沈殿物が無くなったことを確認後、ろ過し、ロータリーエバポレータにて、メタノールと生成水を減圧留去した。次いで、トルエン50mLを加えた後、同様に減圧留去する事で生成水を共沸によって留去し、澄明粘性物である目的物を得た。
500mlのフラスコにイソステアリルアシッドホスフェイト(SC有機化学社製「Phoslex A18OL」、分子量487(平均)、酸価178mgKOH/g)を100g(酸価0.317mol)と過塩基性アルキルサリチル酸カルシウム塩(Ca含有量8.0質量%、過塩基性Ca含有量5.5質量%)116g(過塩基性Ca6.4g=0.159mol)を入れ、120℃で3時間攪拌した後、室温まで冷却し、褐色粘性物である目的物を得た。
500mlのフラスコにイソステアリルアシッドホスフェイト(SC有機化学社製「Phoslex A18OL」、分子量487(平均)、酸価178mgKOH/g)を50g(酸価0.159mol)とメタノール50mLを加え、室温で撹拌し、均一溶液とした。そこに、トリエチルアミン16.1g(0.159mol)を加えた。室温のまま24時間攪拌し、ロータリーエバポレータにて、メタノールと生成水を減圧留去した。次いで、トルエン50mLを加えた後、同様に減圧留去する事で生成水を共沸によって留去し、澄明粘性物である目的物を得た。
表1に示す配合組成(質量部)にて、粘稠性物質(A)と、(b1)と、(b2)と、を所定の割合で160℃の加温下にて混合することにより、表面保護剤組成物を調製した。(b2)は以下の通りである。

・TOP:トリオクチルリン酸
・TPP:トリフェニルリン酸
・TBEP:トリ(ブトキシエチル)リン酸
160℃に加温して液状とした表面保護剤組成物を、100mm×100mmの平滑な銅板の中央部に5mg乗せ、室温まで冷却して粘稠性膜(厚み30μm)にした後、その膜の上に重さ4.5gのスライドガラス(1mm厚)を乗せた。このスライドガラスを通してその下の粘稠性膜の形態を目視で観察した後、この状態のまま冷熱試験機に投入し、冷熱試験(−40℃⇔85℃、各1時間、10サイクル)を行った。冷熱試験後に再びスライドガラスを通してその下の粘稠性膜の形態を目視で観察した。冷熱試験前の形態と比較して冷熱試験後の粘稠性膜の形態に変化が見られなかったものを耐久性が良好「○」とし、冷熱試験後に粘稠性膜が押しつぶされたり流出したりしてその形態に変化が見られたものを耐久性が不良「×」とした。

Claims (11)
- 潤滑油基油およびアミド化合物から構成される粘稠性物質(A)、およびリン化合物(B)を含有し、
前記リン化合物(B)が、下記の一般式(1)および(2)で表される化合物の1種または2種以上と、金属およびアミンから選択される1種または2種以上と、の組成物(b1)、および下記の一般式(3)で表される化合物の1種または2種以上(b2)を含有することを特徴とする表面保護剤組成物。
- 前記(b2)は、前記(b1)よりも分子量が小さい化合物であることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の表面保護剤組成物。
- 前記アミド化合物は、下記の一般式(4)〜(6)で表される化合物の1種または2種以上であることを特徴とする請求項1または2に記載の表面保護剤組成物。

ただし、R21〜R26は、それぞれ個別に炭素数5〜25の飽和または不飽和の鎖状炭化水素基を示し、R22は水素であってもよい、Y31およびY32は、炭素数1〜10のアルキレン基、フェニレン基、または炭素数7〜10のアルキルフェニレン基からなる群より選ばれる炭素数1〜10の2価の炭化水素基を示す。 - 前記アミド化合物は、融点が20〜200℃の範囲内にある脂肪酸アミドであることを特徴とする請求項1から3のいずれか1項に記載の表面保護剤組成物。
- 前記一般式(1)および(2)で表される化合物が、その炭化水素基の構造中に、1以上の分岐鎖構造または1以上の炭素−炭素二重結合構造を有することを特徴とする請求項1から4のいずれか1項に記載の表面保護剤組成物。
- 前記(b1)の金属が、アルカリ金属、アルカリ土類金属、アルミニウム、チタン、亜鉛から選択される少なくとも1種であることを特徴とする請求項1から5のいずれか1項に記載の表面保護剤組成物。
- 前記(b1)の分子量が、3000以下であることを特徴とする請求項1から6のいずれか1項に記載の表面保護剤組成物。
- 前記(A)と前記(b1)の質量組成比が、(A):(b1)=30:70〜98:2の範囲内であることを特徴とする請求項1から7のいずれか1項に記載の表面保護剤組成物。
- 前記(A)および前記(b1)の合計と前記(b2)の質量組成比が、{(A)+(b1)}:(b2)=70:30〜99.9:0.1の範囲内であることを特徴とする請求項1から8のいずれか1項に記載の表面保護剤組成物。
- 表面保護対象の金属部材の表面に密着させて該金属表面を覆って金属腐食を防止する防食用として用いられることを特徴とする請求項1から9のいずれか1項に記載の表面保護剤組成物。
- 請求項1から10のいずれか1項に記載の表面保護剤組成物により端子金具と電線導体との電気接続部が覆われていることを特徴とする端子付き被覆電線。
