前記下部走行体に対して旋回自在に搭載された上部旋回体と、
エンジンと接続された油圧ポンプと、
前記油圧ポンプからの作動油で駆動するブーム、アーム、及びエンドアタッチメントを含むフロント作業機と、
前記フロント作業機の姿勢を検出するフロント作業機姿勢検出部と、
前記フロント作業機姿勢検出部の検出値に基づいて、作業領域内における前記フロント作業機の姿勢に応じて前記油圧ポンプの馬力を制御する制御部とを有することを特徴とする。
Claims (11)
- 下部走行体と、
前記下部走行体に対して旋回自在に搭載された上部旋回体と、
エンジンと接続された油圧ポンプと、
前記油圧ポンプからの作動油で駆動するブーム、アーム、及びエンドアタッチメントを含むフロント作業機と、
前記フロント作業機の姿勢を検出するフロント作業機姿勢検出部と、
前記フロント作業機姿勢検出部の検出値に基づいて、作業領域内における前記フロント作業機の姿勢に応じて前記油圧ポンプの馬力を制御する制御部とを有することを特徴とするショベル。 - 前記フロント作業機姿勢検出部は、前記ブームの角度を検出するブーム角度センサを有し、
前記制御部は、
前記ブーム角度センサの前記ブームの角度に応じて前記油圧ポンプの馬力を制御することを特徴とする請求項1に記載のショベル。 - 前記フロント作業機姿勢検出部は、前記アームの角度を検出するアーム角度センサを有し、
前記制御部は、
前記アーム角度センサの前記アームの角度に応じて前記油圧ポンプの馬力を制御することを特徴とする請求項1に記載のショベル。 - 前記制御部は
前記ブームの角度が第1閾値以上の場合に、前記油圧ポンプの馬力を低減させることを特徴とする請求項1に記載のショベル。 - 前記制御部は
前記アームの角度が第2閾値未満の場合に、前記油圧ポンプの馬力を増加させることを特徴とする請求項1に記載のショベル。 - 前記制御部は
前記アームの角度が、掘削後半における第3閾値未満の場合に、前記油圧ポンプの馬力を低減させることを特徴とする請求項1に記載のショベル。 - 前記制御部は、
レギュレータを調節することによって、前記油圧ポンプの馬力を制御することを特徴とする請求項1に記載のショベル。 - 前記制御部は、
前記エンジンの回転数を変更することによって前記油圧ポンプの馬力を制御することを特徴とする請求項1に記載のショベル。 - 前記制御部は、作業領域内における前記フロント作業機の姿勢に基づいて動作区間が変化したかを判定することを特徴とする請求項1に記載のショベル。
- 前記フロント作業機姿勢検出部は、前記フロント作業機を撮影するカメラにより撮影された画像により、前記フロント作業機の姿勢を検出することを特徴とする請求項1に記載のショベル。
- 前記フロント作業機の姿勢に基づき、深掘り掘削動作が行われているか、通常の掘削動作が行われているかを判定することを特徴とする請求項1に記載のショベル。
