Description
対応する雌型継手部材に取り外し可能に連結される雄型継手部材において、
該雌型継手本体内に挿入されて嵌合される第1端、該第1端の反対側の第2端、及び該第1端から該第2端まで長手軸線の方向に延在する通路を有する筒状の外側継手本体と、
該通路内の該第1端側に該外側継手本体と同軸状に配置され、該外側継手本体に該第1端の側から着脱可能に取り付けられた筒状の内側継手本体と、
該外側継手本体と該内側継手本体とのうちの一方に着脱可能に取り付けられた濾過部材であって、該内側継手本体が該外側継手本体に取り付けられている状態においては該通路内に保持され、該内側継手本体が該外側継手本体から取り外された状態においては該外側継手本体と該内側継手本体とのうちの該一方から着脱可能となるようにされた濾過部材と、
を備える、雄型継手部材を提供する。
該濾過部材が、濾過部を有し該長手軸線の方向に延在する筒状部と、該濾過部よりも該第2端の側において該筒状部を閉塞する下流側閉塞端部と、該筒状部から該筒状部の半径方向に突出するフランジ部とを備え、
該外側継手本体が、該フランジ部よりも該第2端の側の位置において、該通路の周壁面から半径方向内側に延びた受部を有しており、
該フランジ部と該受部とが該長手軸線の方向で当接して、該濾過部材の該第2端の側への変位が抑制されるようにすることができる。
該内側継手本体が、該雌型継手部材が備えるノズル先端部を受け入れるようにされたノズル挿入口を有し、
該ノズル挿入口の内周面に取り付けられて、該ノズル先端部と密封係合するシールリングをさらに備えるようにすることができる。

Claims (6)
- 対応する雌型継手部材に取り外し可能に連結される雄型継手部材において、
該雌型継手本体内に挿入されて嵌合される第1端、該第1端の反対側の第2端、及び該第1端から該第2端まで長手軸線の方向に延在する通路を有する筒状の外側継手本体と、
該通路内の該第1端側に該外側継手本体と同軸状に配置され、該外側継手本体に該第1端の側から着脱可能に取り付けられた筒状の内側継手本体と、
該外側継手本体と該内側継手本体とのうちの一方に着脱可能に取り付けられた濾過部材であって、該内側継手本体が該外側継手本体に取り付けられている状態においては該通路内に保持され、該内側継手本体が該外側継手本体から取り外された状態においては該外側継手本体と該内側継手本体とのうちの該一方から着脱可能となるようにされた濾過部材と、
を備える、雄型継手部材。 - 該濾過部材が、該内側継手本体に着脱可能に取り付けられている、請求項1に記載の雄型継手部材。
- 該濾過部材が、濾過部を有し該長手軸線の方向に延在する筒状部と、該濾過部よりも該第2端の側において該筒状部を閉塞する下流側閉塞端部と、該筒状部から該筒状部の半径方向に突出するフランジ部とを備え、
該外側継手本体が、該フランジ部よりも該第2端の側の位置において、該通路の周壁面から半径方向内側に延びた受部を有しており、
該フランジ部と該受部とが該長手軸線の方向で当接して、該濾過部材の該第2端の側への変位が抑制されるようにされた、請求項2に記載の雄型継手部材。 - 該フランジ部が、該長手軸線の方向で貫通する貫通孔を有し、該貫通孔が、該通路内を通過する流体の流路の一部を構成するようにされた、請求項3に記載の雄型継手部材。
- 該濾過部材が、該外側継手本体の該通路の該周壁面に着脱可能に固定された、請求項1に記載の雄型継手部材。
- 該内側継手本体が、該雌型継手部材が備えるノズル先端部を受け入れるようにされたノズル挿入口を有し、
該ノズル挿入口の内周面に取り付けられて、該ノズル先端部と密封係合するシールリングをさらに備える、請求項1乃至5のいずれか一項に記載の雄型継手部材。
