Claims (5)
- 無菌状態に維持された内部空間を有し、該内部空間において細胞を処理する際に使用する複数の容器を配置するためのスペースが確保された処理室と、前記処理室内に配置され、前記スペース内に配置された複数の容器を把持するための把持機構と、を備え、
前記把持機構が前記複数の容器のうちの選択指示された容器を把持することができるように、該複数の容器の位置が予め決められた位置となるように該複数の容器を前記スペース内に配置することができるように構成されていることを特徴とする細胞処理装置。 - 前記複数の容器を位置決めした状態で収容するための少なくとも一つのトレイを備え、前記処理室が、前記スペースを備えて細胞を処理するためのアイソレータと、前記トレイを前記アイソレータ内に搬入する搬入手段を有するパスボックスと、を備え、
前記複数の容器を収容した少なくとも1つのトレイを前記スペース内に配置することによって、該複数の容器がスペース内の予め決められた位置に配置されるように構成され、
前記把持機構が、前記アイソレータ内に配置されていることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の細胞処理装置。 - 前記トレイは、上方が開放された箱型の収容部本体と、該収容部本体内に前記容器を位置決めした状態で収容するための着脱自在な仕切板と、を備えていることを特徴とする請求項2に記載の細胞処理装置。
- 前記搬入手段は、前記パスボックス内のトレイを載置して前記アイソレータ内に搬入可能な可動部材と、該可動部材により前記アイソレータ内に搬入されるトレイを搬入方向と交差する方向へ移動案内すべく、前記アイソレータ内に設けられる案内手段と、を備えていることを特徴とする請求項2又は3に記載の細胞処理装置。
- 前記パスボックス内のトレイに配置された容器を撮像する撮像手段と、前記トレイに対する容器の位置を予め記憶する記憶手段と、前記記憶手段で記憶されているトレイに対する容器の位置と前記撮像手段で撮像されたトレイに対する容器の位置とが一致しているかどうかを判定する判定手段と、を備え、
前記判定手段で一致していると判定した場合に、前記可動部材により前記アイソレータ内に前記トレイを搬入し、該搬入されたトレイを前記把持機構が搬入方向と交差する方向へ移動させることにより前記複数の容器の位置が予め決められた位置となるように構成されていることを特徴とする請求項4に記載の細胞処理装置。
