Abstract
Description
図1,図2および図3(A)〜図3(B)を参照して、第1の発明および第2の発明に係る実施形態の無線通信デバイスは、ユニフォーム等の衣類,タオルやシーツ等のリネン類,製造工場のクリーンルーム等で使用される靴を管理するために衣類,リネン類または靴(つまり、ランドリー対象物)に取り付けられるRFIDタグ1であり、RFIC素子2およびダイポール型のアンテナ素子3によって形成される。

Claims (12)
- 2つの入出力端子を有したRFIC素子と、
前記RFIC素子の前記2つの入出力端子にそれぞれ接続される2つの接続部と、放射体として機能する両端開放型の線状アンテナ部と、を備えたアンテナ素子と、
を有する無線通信デバイスであって、
前記アンテナ素子は弾性を有する材料によって構成されていて、
前記アンテナ素子には、前記2つの接続部を含むループ部が形成されており、前記ループ部のうち少なくとも前記2つの接続部を結ぶ直線に対してほぼ平行に延びる部分の線幅は前記線状アンテナ部の線幅よりも太い、
ことを特徴とする、無線通信デバイス。 - 前記ループ部の全周の線幅が前記線状アンテナ部の線幅よりも太い、請求項1記載の無線通信デバイス。
- 前記線状アンテナ部のうち、前記開放端部分の線幅は、他の部分の線幅よりも太い、請求項1記載の無線通信デバイス。
- 前記線状アンテナ部は、前記ループ部から離れる方向に延びるミアンダパターンを有する、請求項1または2記載の無線通信デバイス。
- 少なくとも前記線状アンテナ部の表面は全体が露出する露出面である、請求項1ないし4のいずれかに記載の無線通信デバイス。
- 前記アンテナ素子は弾性を有する金属板材の打ち抜き加工によって得られたものである、請求項1ないし5のいずれかに記載の無線通信デバイス。
- 前記金属板材はステンレス材である、請求項6記載の無線通信デバイス。
- 前記RFIC素子は、RFICチップと、前記RFICチップに接続され、通信周波数に相当する共振周波数を有した共振回路を含む整合回路と、を有するRFICパッケージとして構成されている、請求項1ないし7のいずれかに記載の無線通信デバイス。
- ランドリー対象物に装着されるRFIDタグとして構成されている、請求項1ないし8のいずれかに記載の無線通信デバイス。
- 前記ランドリー対象物に対して、樹脂基材を介さずに取り付けられる、請求項9記載の無線通信デバイス。
- 2つの入出力端子を有したRFIC素子と、
前記RFIC素子の前記2つの入出力端子にそれぞれ接続される2つの接続部と、放射体として機能する両端開放型の線状アンテナ部と、を備えたアンテナ素子と、
を有する無線通信デバイスであって、
前記アンテナ素子は形状弾性を有する材料によって一体的に成形されていて、前記アンテナ素子に接着された支持フィルムを有しておらず、
前記線状アンテナ部は前記2つの接続部の各々から離れる方向に延びるミアンダパターンを有する、
ことを特徴とする、無線通信デバイス。 - 請求項1ないし11のいずれかに記載の無線通信デバイスが取り付けられた物品。
