Abstract
Description
図1〜図10に本発明の第1実施形態を示す。図1には硬性鏡セットの構成が示されている。硬性鏡セット1は、硬性鏡本体11とイメージングデバイスとしての光学視管21と処置具ガイド22と処置具装置23とを有している。本実施形態の硬性鏡セット1は、例えば前立腺の生検組織を経尿道的に採取する際に使用するものである。
図11〜図13に本発明の第2実施形態を示す。第1実施形態では、硬性鏡本体11に設けた第1チャンネル16の軸芯と、処置具ガイド22に設けた第2チャンネル22cの軸芯とを一致させているが、本実施形態では、第2チャンネル22cの軸芯を先端方向へ移行するに従い、上方(第1観察部から離れる方向)へ傾斜させて、第2挿入部22aの軸芯から偏芯させたものである。従って、第2チャンネル22cの第2挿入部22aの軸芯からの偏芯量は先端側と手元側とで異なっており、手元側から先端側へ移行するに従い、偏芯量が次第に大きくなっている。なお、第1実施形態と同一構成部分については、同一の符号を付して説明を省略する。
図14〜図16に本発明の第3実施形態を示す。本実施形態による処置具ガイド22に設けた第2チャンネル22cの上部には、軸方向に沿って開口部22gが形成されている。開口部22gの径方向の幅が針部23bの直径よりも狭ければ、針部23bは開口部22gから外部に飛び出すことはなく、第2チャンネル22c内に、径方向への移動が規制された状態で進退自在に保持される。
前記処置具ガイドに代えて前記第1チャンネルに挿抜可能で前記第1チャンネルに適合する外径で形成された第3挿入部、および前記第3挿入部の先端に設けられ前記被検体を観察するための光学観察部を有するイメージングデバイスと、前記イメージングデバイスを前記第1チャンネルに挿入するときには前記第1チャンネルと前記第3挿入部の間に灌流液を流通させる微小隙間を確保した状態に前記硬性鏡本体と前記イメージングデバイスとを固定すると共に前記イメージングデバイスが前記硬性鏡本体の前記長手軸の回転方向に対して移動することを規制した状態に固定し、前記処置具ガイドを前記第1チャンネルに挿入するときには前記超音波観察部から離れる方向に前記処置具が突出するように前記第2チャンネルの軸芯を偏芯させて前記処置具ガイドを前記硬性鏡本体に対して固定する位置決め機構と、を含む。
Claims (5)
- 被検体に挿入される第1挿入部、前記第1挿入部に設けられた第1チャンネル、および前記第1挿入部の先端に配置され前記被検体を観察するための第1観察部を有する硬性鏡本体と、
前記第1チャンネルに挿抜される第2挿入部、および前記第2挿入部に設けられた第2チャンネルを有する処置具ガイドと、
前記第2チャンネルに挿抜可能な処置具と、
前記処置具ガイドに代えて前記第1チャンネルに挿抜可能な第3挿入部、および前記第3挿入部の先端に設けられ前記被検体を観察するための第2観察部を有するイメージングデバイスと、
を含むことを特徴とする硬性鏡セット。 - 前記第1観察部は、超音波を送受信する超音波観察部を含むことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の硬性鏡セット。
- 前記第1チャンネルは、挿入された前記処置具が前記超音波観察部の観察視野に突出する位置に配置されており、
前記第2チャンネルは前記処置具ガイドの軸芯から偏芯した位置で開口していることを特徴とする請求項2に記載の硬性鏡セット。 - 前記第2観察部は、光学観察部を含むことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の硬性鏡セット。
- 前記第2チャンネルの前記第2挿入部の軸芯からの偏芯量は先端側と手元側とで異なっていることを特徴とする請求項3に記載の硬性鏡セット。
