Claims (11)
- 送風ファンと、
前記送風ファンを回転駆動するモータと、
防振部材を介して前記ファンに接続され、前記モータの回転力を前記ファンに伝達する回転軸と、
を備え、
前記防振部材は、前記回転軸が備える金属製の内筒と前記送風ファンが備える金属製の外筒との間を接続する弾性部材であり、
少なくとも前記内筒の外周部又は前記外筒の内周部の何れかは前記回転軸方向から見て多角形で構成された
ことを特徴とする送風機。 - 請求項1において
前記多角形は六角形から十六角形の範囲にある
ことを特徴とする送風機 - 請求項1又は2において、
前記外周部及び前記内周部は前記モータの軸方向から見て相似な多角形であり、
且つ、前記外周部の多角形の一つの頂点、前記内周部の多角形の一つ頂点、及び、前記内周部の多角形の中心点が、この順番に、一直線上にある
ことを特徴とする送風機。 - 請求項1乃至3の何れかにおいて、
少なくとも前記外周部又は前記内周部の何れかに前記防振部材に向けて突出した凸形状が形成された
ことを特徴とする送風機。 - 請求項4において、
前記凸形状は前記外周部又は前記内周部の軸方向の中央部に形成された
ことを特徴とする送風機。 - 請求項1乃至3の何れかにおいて、
少なくとも前記外周部又は前記内周部の何れかに前記防振部材の反対方向に向けて凹んだ凹形状が形成された
ことを特徴とする送風機。 - 請求項6において、
前記凹形状は前記外周部又は前記内周部の軸方向の中央部に形成された
ことを特徴とする送風機。 - 請求項1乃至3の何れかにおいて、
前記外周部には前記防振部材に向けて突出した凸形状が形成され、
前記内周部であって、前記凸形状と軸方向の対応する位置に、前記防振部材の反対方向に向けて凹んだ凹形状が形成された
ことを特徴とする送風機。 - 請求項1乃至3の何れかにおいて、
前記内周部には前記防振部材に向けて突出した凸形状が形成され、
前記外周部であって、前記凸形状と軸方向の対応する位置に、前記防振部材の反対方向に向けて凹んだ凹形状が形成された
ことを特徴とする送風機。 - 請求項1乃至9の何れかにおいて、
前記弾性部材はゴム又はエラストマーである
ことを特徴とする送風機。 - 冷媒を圧縮する圧縮機と、
冷媒と室内の空気とを熱交換させる室内熱交換器と、
前記室内熱交換器に空気を送風する室内送風機と、
冷媒を減圧する減圧装置と、
冷媒と外気とを熱交換させる室外熱交換器と、
前記室外熱交換器に空気を送風する室外送風機と、
を備え、
少なくとも前記室内送風機又は前記室外送風機の何れかに請求項1乃至10の何れかに記載の送風機を用いた
ことを特徴とする空気調和機。
