Claims (9)
- 気液接触面を構成する液膜を形成する主板を備えた充填材の製造方法において、
前記液膜の流れ方向に沿ってリブを配置する際に、
前記リブの表面における前記液膜の接触角と前記主板の流れ方向長さに対する前記液膜が破断するまでの液膜長さの比率を示す液膜長さ比との関係を算出し、
前記接触角と前記液膜長さ比との相関関係に基づいて前記リブの設計条件を決定する、
ことを特徴とする充填材の製造方法。 - 前記リブは、前記液膜長さ比が所定の基準値を満たすように前記接触角が調整される、
又は、前記液膜が破断しないように前記リブの流れ方向長さが調整される、ことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の充填材の製造方法。 - 気液接触させる気体及び液体の種類及び前記主板の条件を決定する主条件決定工程と、前記接触角と前記液膜長さ比との関係を算出する数値解析工程と、前記リブの配置を決定するリブ配置決定工程と、前記リブの材質及び表面形状を決定するリブ条件決定工程と、前記接触角及び強度要求を満たす前記リブの流れ方向長さの最小値を決定するリブ特性決定工程と、前記接触角に対する液膜長さが前記強度要求を満たす流れ方向長さの最小値より大きいか否かを確認する最小値条件確認工程と、前記強度要求を満たす流れ方向長さの最小値から前記接触角に対する液膜長さまでの範囲内で前記リブの流れ方向長さを決定するリブ長さ決定工程と、を有することを特徴とする請求項1に記載の充填材の製造方法。
- 気液接触面を構成する液膜を形成する主板を備えた充填材において、
前記液膜の流れ方向に沿って配置される複数のリブを有し、
前記リブは、前記リブの表面における前記液膜の接触角と前記主板の流れ方向長さに対する前記液膜が破断するまでの液膜長さの比率を示す液膜長さ比との関係を算出してから前記接触角と前記液膜長さ比との相関関係に基づいて設計されている、
ことを特徴とする充填材。 - 前記リブは、前記液膜長さ比が所定の基準値を満たすように前記接触角が調整されている、又は、前記液膜が破断しないように前記リブの流れ方向長さが調整されている、ことを特徴とする請求項4に記載の充填材。
- 前記リブは、千鳥状に配置された金具である、ことを特徴とする請求項4又は5に記載の充填材。
- 前記リブは、前記充填材を複数並列に配置した際に、隣接する充填材の裏面に接触するように構成されている、ことを特徴とする請求項4〜6の何れか一項に記載の充填材。
- 前記リブは、前記主板に対する垂直方向に一列に整列するように配置されている、ことを特徴とする請求項7に記載の充填材。
- 前記主板は、エキスパンドメタルにより構成されている、ことを特徴とする請求項4〜8の何れか一項に記載の充填材。
