Claims (10)
- 立位で並列する複数の平板を有する気液接触部と、
液体を前記気液接触部に供給して前記複数の平板の上方から液体を流下させる液体供給システムと、
ガスを前記気液接触部に供給することによって、ガスが前記複数の平板間を横方向に流通するガス供給システムと
を有する気液接触装置であって、前記液体供給システムは、前記複数の平板の頂部に設置される液分配構造体を有し、
前記液分配構造体は、複数の溝を有するように形成されたコルゲート状トレーを有し、前記コルゲート状トレーは、前記複数の溝に受ける液体を前記複数の平板の頂部に供給可能な位置に設けられる複数の通液孔を有する気液接触装置。 - 前記液分配構造体は、前記コルゲート状トレーの前記複数の溝が前記複数の平板と交差するように前記複数の平板の頂部に載置され、前記複数の通液孔は、前記コルゲート状トレーが前記複数の平板の頂部と接する位置に設けられる請求項1に記載の気液接触装置。
- 前記複数の通液孔は、前記複数の平板が並列するピッチに対応した一定のピッチで設けられ、丸形に形成される請求項2に記載の気液接触装置。
- 前記コルゲート状トレーは、前記複数の溝の長手方向に垂直な断面が三角波になるように屈折させた薄板で構成される請求項1〜3の何れか一項に記載の気液接触装置。
- 前記液分配構造体は、前記コルゲート状トレーの前記複数の溝が前記複数の平板の間に納まるように、前記コルゲート状トレーの複数の畝において前記複数の平板の頂部に支持され、前記複数の通液孔は、前記複数の溝から溢れる液体を前記複数の平板の頂部に供給可能なように、前記コルゲート状トレーの複数の畝に設けられる請求項1に記載の気液接触装置。
- 前記複数の通液孔は、前記コルゲート状トレーの畝に沿って所定の長さを有するスリット状に、一定間隔をおいて形成される請求項5に記載の気液接触装置。
- 前記コルゲート状トレーは、前記複数の溝の各々の長手方向に垂直な断面が下方に向かって挟搾する逆台形になるように、屈折させた薄板で構成される請求項1,5〜6の何れか一項に記載の気液接触装置。
- 前記コルゲート状トレーにおける前記複数の溝の各々の長手方向に垂直な断面は、等脚台形である請求項7に記載の気液接触装置。
- 前記液分配構造体は、前記コルゲート状トレーの前記複数の溝の各々の両端を閉止する、対になった側壁を有する請求項1〜8の何れか一項に記載の気液接触装置。
- 前記気液接触部は、横方向に配列するように割り当てられる複数の段を有し、前記複数の段の各々に、前記複数の平板が配置される請求項1〜9の何れか一項に記載の気液接触装置。
