Claims (6)
- バルーンカテーテルのバルーンの外表面に水不溶性薬剤を含むコート層を形成するバルーンコーティングのための位置決め方法であって、
前記ディスペンシングチューブが前記バルーンに対して接触していない状態から、前記ディスペンシングチューブの延在方向と交差する方向へ当該ディスペンシングチューブを移動させて、前記ディスペンシングチューブの前記コーティング溶液を吐出する開口部が形成される端部側を前記バルーンの外表面に接触させる位置決め工程を有する位置決め方法。 - 前記ディスペンシングチューブを前記バルーンの軸心方向へ当該バルーンに対して相対的に移動させつつ、前記開口部から前記コーティング溶液を吐出させて前記バルーンの外表面に塗布する塗布工程をさらに有する請求項1に記載のバルーンコーティングのための位置決め方法。
- 前記位置決め工程において、前記ディスペンシングチューブを前記バルーンに対して接触させずに前記ディスペンシングチューブの延在方向へ当該ディスペンシングチューブを移動させた後、前記ディスペンシングチューブの延在方向と交差する方向へ当該ディスペンシングチューブを移動させて、前記ディスペンシングチューブの前記開口部が形成される端部側を前記バルーンの外表面に接触させる請求項1または2に記載のバルーンコーティングのための位置決め方法。
- 前記ディスペンシングチューブの前記開口部が形成される端部側の側面の連続した長さを前記バルーンの外表面に接触させた状態で、前記コーティング溶液を吐出させる請求項1〜3のいずれか1項に記載のバルーンコーティングのための位置決め方法。
- 前記ディスペンシングチューブが前記バルーンと接触しない状態における当該ディスペンシングチューブの延在方向と垂直であって前記バルーンの軸心を通る面を基準面と定義し、
前記接触工程において、前記ディスペンシングチューブが撓まないと仮定した場合に前記開口部が位置する仮想位置が、前記基準面から前記ディスペンシングチューブの吐出方向と逆方向側の領域において、前記バルーンの軸心を中心として前記バルーンの回転方向側へ前記基準面から0度以上40度以下の範囲内に位置するように前記ディスペンシングチューブを前記バルーンに対して位置決めする請求項1〜4のいずれか1項に記載のバルーンコーティングのための位置決め方法。 - 前記接触工程において、可撓性を有する前記ディスペンシングチューブを撓ませつつ前記バルーンの外表面に押しつける請求項1〜5のいずれか1項に記載のバルーンコーティングのための位置決め方法。
