Claims (5)
- 駆動源からの駆動力を一対の駆動輪それぞれに配分する第1油圧クラッチ及び第2油圧クラッチを備え、車両の走行状態に応じて前記第1、第2油圧クラッチそれぞれの係合力を可変に制御することで、一対の駆動輪それぞれに駆動力を配分する駆動力配分装置であって、
前記第1油圧クラッチと前記第2油圧クラッチそれぞれに制御油圧を供給する単一のポンプと、
前記ポンプを駆動する電動モータと、
前記ポンプから前記第1,第2油圧クラッチそれぞれに供給される作動油の流量の比率を変化させる流量可変機構と、
前記電動モータ及び前記流量可変機構を制御する制御手段と、を備え、
前記流量可変機構で前記ポンプから前記第1,第2油圧クラッチそれぞれに供給される作動油の流量の比率を変化させる制御と、前記電動モータによる前記ポンプの回転数の制御とに基づいて、前記ポンプから前記第1油圧クラッチに供給される作動油の流量と、前記ポンプから前記第2油圧クラッチに供給される作動油の流量とを独立で可変制御することで、前記一対の駆動輪それぞれに配分する駆動力を制御する
ことを特徴とする駆動力配分装置。 - 前記ポンプは、
ハウジングと、
前記ハウジング内で回転可能に設置したロータと、
前記ハウジング内で前記ロータの外周側に画成された第1、第2油室と、
前記第1、第2油室に作動油を吸入させる第1、第2吸入ポートと、
前記第1、第2油室から作動油と吐出させる第1、第2吐出ポートと、を備え、
前記流量可変機構は、前記第1油室の容量と前記第2油室の容量との比率を変化させる機構である
ことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の駆動力配分装置。 - 前記流量可変機構は、
前記ハウジング又は該ハウジングに取り付けた部材と、前記ロータ及び前記回転軸とを相対移動させる移動機構である
ことを特徴とする請求項2に記載の駆動力配分装置。 - 前記ポンプの前記第1、第2吐出ポートがそれぞれ前記第1、第2油圧クラッチのシリンダ室に接続されており、
前記第1、第2吐出ポートから前記第1、第2油圧クラッチそれぞれに供給する作動油の流量を独立で可変制御することで、左右一対の駆動輪それぞれに駆動力を配分する
ことを特徴とする請求項2又は3に記載の駆動力配分装置。 - 前記ポンプは、
前記ロータに保持された複数のベーンを備えるベーン型のポンプである
ことを特徴とする請求項1乃至4のいずれか1項に記載の駆動力配分装置。
