Abstract
Description
本発明のタイヤ用ゴム組成物は、空気入りタイヤのトレッド部、サイドウォール部を構成することができる。このタイヤ用ゴム組成物は、これらの部位から選ばれる少なくとも一か所に使用するとよい。なかでもトレッド部を構成するのが好ましい。本発明のタイヤ用ゴム組成物をこれらの部位に使用した空気入りタイヤは、転がり抵抗を低減し燃費性能を向上可能にすると共に、耐カット性や耐チッピング性及びウェットグリップ性能を従来レベル以上に向上することが出来る。
得られた加硫ゴムシートの動的粘弾性を、東洋精機製作所社製粘弾性スペクトロメーターを用いて、初期歪み10%、振幅±2%、周波数20Hzで測定し、温度60℃におけるtanδを求めた。得られた結果は、比較例1の値の逆数を100とする指数にし「転がり抵抗性」として表1,2に示した。この指数が大きいほどtanδ(60℃)が小さく、タイヤにしたときに転がり抵抗性が小さく燃費性能が優れることを意味する。
得られた加硫ゴムシートをJIS K6264に準拠して、ランボーン摩耗試験機(岩本製作所社製)を使用して、温度20℃、荷重49N、スリップ率25%、時間4分の条件で摩耗量を測定した。得られた結果は、比較例1の値の逆数を100とする指数にし、「耐摩耗性能」として表1,2に示した。この指数が大きいほど耐摩耗性が高く、タイヤ耐久性に優れることを意味する。
評価タイヤを装着したライトトラックで湿潤路面における走行試験を行い、そのときのウェットグリップ性能を専門パネラー3名による感応評価により採点した。得られた結果は、比較例1を100とする指数にし「ウェットグリップ性能」として表1,2に示した。この指数が大きいほど湿潤路面におけるウェットグリップ性能が優れていることを意味する。

Claims (4)
- ブタジエンゴムを35重量%以上65重量%未満、結合スチレン量が35重量%以上である乳化重合スチレンブタジエンゴムを含み、前記ブタジエンゴムおよび乳化重合スチレンブタジエンゴムの合計が50重量%以上90重量%未満であるジエン系ゴム100重量部に対し、軟化点が100℃以上の芳香族変性テルペン樹脂をWT重量部配合し、前記ブタジエンゴムの配合量(WB重量部)との比(WB/WT)が2.5〜5.0であることを特徴とするタイヤ用ゴム組成物。
- 前記ジエン系ゴム100重量部に対し、充填剤を50〜120重量部配合すると共に、前記充填剤中、CTAB比表面積が120〜180m2/gであるシリカが10重量%以上であることを特徴とする請求項1に記載のタイヤ用ゴム組成物。
- 請求項1又は2に記載のタイヤ用ゴム組成物を使用したことを特徴とする空気入りタイヤ。
- ライトトラック用タイヤであることを特徴とする請求項3に記載の空気入りタイヤ。
