Claims (13)
- 周囲の構造体に対して設置される液化ガスタンクであって、
液化ガスを貯留可能なタンク本体であり、複数の面部を有するとともに、前記面部同士の間にそれらよりも剛性が低い角部を有する、タンク本体と、
前記タンク本体の下方から前記タンク本体を支持する底部サポート体と、
前記タンク本体の側方から前記タンク本体を支持する複数の側部サポート体と、を備え、
前記タンク本体は、前記タンク本体が空荷の場合に前記底部サポート体によって支持されて自立し、前記タンク本体に液化ガスが貯留されている場合に前記底部サポート体及び前記側部サポート体によって支持されるように構成されている、液化ガスタンク。 - 前記側部サポート体は、前記面部のうち側方を向く側面部に設けられ、
前記タンク本体が空荷の場合に、前記側部サポート体と前記周囲の構造体との間に隙間が形成され、
前記タンク本体に液化ガスが貯留されている場合に、前記タンク本体が少なくとも側方に膨張して前記側部サポート体が前記周囲の構造体に接触して荷重を支持する、請求項1に記載の液化ガスタンク。 - 前記タンク本体が予冷されている場合に、前記タンク本体が空荷の場合よりも前記側部サポート体と前記周囲の構造体との間の隙間が広がる、請求項2に記載の液化ガスタンク。
- 前記底部サポート体は、複数の底部サポート体の1つである、請求項1〜3のいずれか1項に記載の液化ガスタンク。
- 前記タンク本体は、前記面部に設けられた骨部材をさらに有する、請求項1〜4のいずれか1項に記載の液化ガスタンク。
- 前記骨部材は、前記面部の内面側に配置され、
前記側部サポート体及び底部サポート体は、前記面部の外面側における前記骨部材に対向する位置に配置されている、請求項5に記載の液化ガスタンク。 - 前記側部サポート体及び底部サポート体のうち少なくとも一方は、繊維強化プラスチックからなる筒状体である、請求項1〜6のいずれか1項に記載の液化ガスタンク。
- 前記タンク本体は、前記面部のうち上方を向く上面部にキャンバーを付けて膨出させたドーム型構造に形成されている、請求項1〜7のいずれか1項に記載の液化ガスタンク。
- 前記角部は、前記タンク本体の高さの1/2〜1/10の半径の円弧状の断面を有する、請求項1〜8のいずれか1項に記載の液化ガスタンク。
- 前記タンク本体は、前記面部のうち側方を向く側面部の中央部分が内側又は外側に向かって湾曲するように形成されている、請求項1〜9のいずれか1項に記載の液化ガスタンク。
- 前記タンク本体は、ニッケル鋼で形成されている、請求項1〜10のいずれか1項に記載の液化ガスタンク。
- 請求項1〜11のいずれか1項に記載の液化ガスタンクを備えたことを特徴とする水上構造物。
- 前記液化ガスタンクを複数備え、該複数の液化ガスタンクの間が隔壁で仕切られている請求項12に記載の水上構造物。
