図1Aは、本実施形態の針10の斜視図、図1Bは、図1AのIB−IB断面図である。本実施形態において、針10は、生体内に薬液を注入する注射針である。
図2は、本実施形態の針10を製造する製造システム100の構成図である。図3は、本実施形態の針10の製造方法の工程図である。図4A〜図4Eは、本実施形態の針10の製造方法の主な工程の説明図である。
図3及び図4A〜図4Eに基づき、針10の製造方法について説明する。

Claims (9)
- 電鋳により円筒状に形成された針管の外周面に電鋳による複数の凸部が形成され、前記凸部は、隣り合う頂部間の間隔が0.2〜100μm、前記外周面からの高さが0.1〜50μmであることを特徴とする針。
- 請求項1記載の針において、
前記凸部は、炭化ケイ素、サファイア、ダイヤモンド、アルミナセラミックスから選択される少なくとも1つを含む粒子を有することを特徴とする針。 - 請求項1又は2記載の針において、
前記針は、注射針であることを特徴とする針。 - 円筒状の針を電鋳により製造する方法において、
電解液に芯材を浸漬し、前記芯材の外周面に第1電鋳体を形成するステップと、
所定の粒径の粒子を加えた電解液に前記第1電鋳体を浸漬し、前記第1電鋳体の外周面に、複数の凸部を有する第2電鋳体を形成するステップと、
前記第1電鋳体から前記芯材を抜き取るステップと、
前記第1電鋳体、前記第2電鋳体を所定の長さに切断し、鋭角状の針先部を有する針を形成するステップと、
を備えることを特徴とする針の製造方法。 - 請求項4記載の針の製造方法において、
前記第1電鋳体を形成した後、前記第1電鋳体の長手方向に沿って、前記第1電鋳体の外周面に所定間隔でマスキング剤を塗布するステップを有し、
前記第2電鋳体を形成するステップでは、前記マスキング剤が塗布されていない前記第1電鋳体の外周面に前記第2電鋳体を形成し、
前記第1電鋳体、前記第2電鋳体を切断するステップでは、前記第1電鋳体のみが形成された部位で切断して針元部を形成するとともに、前記第2電鋳体が形成された部位で切断して前記針先部を形成することを特徴とする針の製造方法。 - 請求項4又は5記載の針の製造方法において、
前記電解液は、少なくとも、スルファミン酸ニッケル、ホウ酸及び塩化ニッケルを含み、前記粒子は、炭化ケイ素、サファイア、ダイヤモンド、アルミナセラミックスから選択される少なくとも1つを含み、前記第1電鋳体、前記第2電鋳体は、電流が1〜3A、電圧が1〜3V、前記電解液の温度が45〜70℃、通電時間が1〜20分の電鋳条件で形成されることを特徴とする針の製造方法。 - 請求項6記載の針の製造方法において、
前記第1電鋳体を形成する前記通電時間は、前記第2電鋳体を形成する前記通電時間よりも長く設定されることを特徴とする針の製造方法。 - 請求項4〜7のいずれか1項に記載の針の製造方法において、
前記凸部は、隣り合う頂部間の間隔が0.2〜100μm、前記第2電鋳体の外周面からの高さが0.1〜50μmであることを特徴とする針の製造方法。 - 請求項4〜8のいずれか1項に記載の針の製造方法において、
前記針は、注射針であることを特徴とする針の製造方法。
