Description
2.頭部の毛を刈り、皮膚をカットし、頭骨のブレグマを確認してブレグマから右へ3mm、前方へ0.5mmの位置にドリルで1.5-2.5mm程度の穴を頭骨に開ける。
3.穴を開けた箇所に注入用針101またはガイド部201をセットして脳表から深さ4.5mmに穿刺する。
4.薬液を局所投与する。0.2μL/minで15分間投与後、流速を0.5μL/minに変えて10分投与してその後、0.8μL/minで15分投与し5分静置し終了とする。最大注入量を20μLとする。
5.断頭して抜脳した後、OCT(Optimal Cutting Temperature)コンパウンドにて包埋、凍結させる。クライオスタットを用いて包埋凍結した脳組織を任意の厚みにてスライスして切片を作製してスライドグラスにのせて封入し、標本とする。必要に応じて染色等を行い封入する。
Claims (3)
- 非磁性材料から構成された、薬液を送液するための注入用針と、
前記注入用針に超音波振動を与える超音波振動子と
を備え、
前記超音波振動子は、分極方向が互いに反対向きに積層された複数の圧電体から構成され、
前記注入用針は、前記超音波振動子に固定されている箇所よりはみ出す一方の側を、他方の側より長くして一方の側を注入先とし、
前記超音波振動子は、前記注入用針の長さ方向に直交する変位を主成分とする振動を前記注入用針に与える
ことを特徴とする薬液注入装置。 - 請求項1記載の薬液注入装置において、
前記注入用針は、サファイア、石英、YAG、STO、希土類アルミネート、ランガサイトのいずれかから構成されていることを特徴とする薬液注入装置。 - 請求項1または2記載の薬液注入装置において、
前記超音波振動子に固定された非磁性金属からなる固定板を備え、
前記注入用針は前記固定板に固定されている
ことを特徴とする薬液注入装置。
