Claims (8)
- 燃料ガスを燃料として駆動するガスモードと燃料油を燃料として駆動するディーゼルモードの2つの動作モードを切換えて運転することができる二元燃料ディーゼルエンジンに使用する舶用排気ガス浄化装置において、
前記エンジンから排出される排気ガスを大気中に排出するためのものであり、ガスモードで運転するときに排気ガスを通す第1排気ライン、及びディーゼルモードで運転するときに排気ガスを通す第2排気ラインを有する排気ラインと、
前記第2排気ラインに設けられ、当該第2排気ラインを通る排気ガス中の窒素酸化物を低減するための排気ガス浄化部と、
排気ガスを前記第1排気ラインに通す第1切換状態、及び排気ガスを前記第2排気ラインに通す第2切換状態に切換え可能な排気ライン切換部とを備えることを特徴とする舶用排気ガス浄化装置。 - 前記排気ライン切換部は、前記エンジンから排出されて前記第1排気ラインに向かう排気ガスが前記第2排気ライン側に漏洩することを抑制するための漏洩抑制機能を有することを特徴とする請求項1に記載の舶用排気ガス浄化装置。
- 前記排気ライン切換部は、前記第1排気ラインの排気ガスの爆発が、前記第2排気ライン側に伝搬することを抑制するための耐圧機能を有することを特徴とする請求項1又は2に記載の舶用排気ガス浄化装置。
- 前記エンジンをガスモードで運転中に、排気ガスが前記第1排気ラインを通って大気に排出されているときに、送風機による送風、船内の空気圧縮機からの加圧空気、又は前記エンジン用の給気を前記第2排気ライン内に流入させて、当該第2排気ライン内の空気を前記排気ライン切換部を介して前記第1排気ライン側に流出させることを特徴とする請求項1乃至3のいずれかに記載の舶用排気ガス浄化装置。
- 前記エンジンをガスモードで運転中に、前記第2排気ライン内の圧力を、船内の空気圧縮機又はエンジン用の給気管からの加圧空気によって前記第1排気ライン内よりも高圧にしたことを特徴とする請求項1乃至3のいずれかに記載の舶用排気ガス浄化装置。
- 前記第1排気ラインに設けられた排熱回収装置、及び、前記排気ラインの出口ラインに設けられたサイレンサの少なくとも一方を備えることを特徴とする請求項1乃至5のいずれかに記載の舶用排気ガス浄化装置。
- 前記第1及び第2排気ラインのそれぞれの入口が互いに接続すると共に、前記第1及び第2排気ラインのそれぞれの出口が互いに接続し、
前記排気ライン切換部は、前記第1及び第2排気ラインのそれぞれの入口を開閉すると共に、前記第1排気ラインの出口及び前記第2排気ラインの出口の一方又は両方を開閉する構成であることを特徴とする請求項1乃至6のいずれかに記載の舶用排気ガス浄化装置。 - 請求項1乃至7のいずれかに記載の舶用排気ガス浄化装置と、それを使用する二元燃料ディーゼルエンジンとを備えることを特徴とする船舶機関システム。
