Description

実施例1の接合体と比較例1の接合体を用意した。各接合体について、第一部材と第二部材との接合方向において切断し、この切断面をSEMで観察した。図11は、気泡数のカウント方法を説明するための模式図である。図12は、図11の一部拡大図である。図11及び図12に示すように、SEM画像(写真)のうち、第一部材2と接合層4との接合界面の断面の13μmの範囲を抽出し、この抽出した範囲において、空隙面積が1.5×10−3μm2以上となる気泡の数をカウントした。
参考例1では、接合体として、第一部材に接合部材を射出成形により一体的に積層したものを用いた。つまり、参考例1の接合体は、第二部材が無く、接合層として接合部材を用いた。
比較例3では、接合体として、第一部材に接合部材を射出成形により一体的に積層したものを用いた。つまり、比較例3の接合体は、第二部材が無く、接合層として接合部材を用いた。

請求項2に記載の接合体。 - 前記接合層は、エラストマー成分を5重量%以上75重量%以下含有する、
請求項1〜3の何れか一項に記載の接合体。 - 前記エラストマーは、23℃で吸水状態が絶乾状態における引張弾性率が50MPa以上1000MPa以下である、
請求項4に記載の接合体。 - 第一部材と、前記第一部材と異なる素材の第二部材と、を接合する接合方法であって、
前記第一部材の前記第二部材と接合される接合面に、前記第一部材と前記第二部材とを接合するための接合層を射出成形により一体的に積層する射出成形工程と、
前記射出成形工程の後に、前記第二部材を前記接合層に接合する接合工程と、
を備える接合方法。 - 前記接合工程は、溶着により前記第二部材を前記接合層に接合する、
請求項6に記載の接合方法。 - 前記射出成形工程において、前記第一部材の前記接合面に細孔を形成する表面処理工程を更に備える、
請求項6又は7に記載の接合方法。 - 前記第一部材は、金属及びガラスの何れか一方で形成し、
前記第二部材は、樹脂で形成する、
請求項6〜8の何れか一項に記載の接合方法。
