Abstract
Description
[1]固体過酸化物と、過酸化物分解触媒と、アルカリ金属炭酸塩と、を含有する、酸素発生・炭酸ガス吸収剤組成物。
[2]前記固体過酸化物が過炭酸ナトリウムを含む、[1]記載の酸素発生・炭酸ガス吸収剤組成物。
[3]前記過酸化物分解触媒が、活性炭、カタラーゼ酵素及び二酸化マンガンからなる群より選ばれる1種以上の触媒を含む、[1]又は[2]に記載の酸素発生・炭酸ガス吸収剤組成物。
[4]前記アルカリ金属炭酸塩が、炭酸ナトリウム無水物、炭酸ナトリウム一水和物及び炭酸カリウム無水物からなる群より選ばれる1種以上の炭酸塩を含む、[1]〜[3]の何れか1つに記載の酸素発生・炭酸ガス吸収剤組成物。
[5]前記固体過酸化物100質量部に対し、前記過酸化物分解触媒を0.1〜100質量部、かつ、前記アルカリ金属炭酸塩を0.1〜500質量部、含有する、[1]〜[4]の何れか1つに記載の酸素発生・炭酸ガス吸収剤組成物。
[6]前記固体過酸化物100質量部に対し、乾燥剤を0.1〜100質量部含有する、[1]〜[5]の何れか1つに記載の酸素発生・炭酸ガス吸収剤組成物。
[7]前記乾燥剤が、酸化カルシウム、塩化カルシウム無水物、酸化マグネシウム、ゼオライト及びシリカゲルからなる群より選ばれる1種以上の乾燥剤を含む、[6]記載の酸素発生・炭酸ガス吸収剤組成物。
[8][1]〜[7]のいずれか1つに記載の酸素発生・炭酸ガス吸収剤組成物と、前記酸素発生・炭酸ガス吸収剤組成物を包装する、少なくとも一部が透湿性防水材料からなる包装材料と、を含有する、酸素発生・炭酸ガス吸収剤包装体。
[9]前記透湿性防水材料が、微細孔を有する樹脂製のシートからなる微多孔膜、及び/又は、微細孔を有する樹脂製のシートからなる不織布を含む、[8]記載の酸素発生・炭酸ガス吸収剤包装体。
[10]前記透湿性防水材料は、20g/m2/24時間以上のカップ法透湿度(40℃、90%RH)を有し、0.1〜3000秒/空気100mLのガーレー式透気度を有し、かつ常圧で液体の水を通さない透湿性防水材料である、[8]又は[9]に記載の酸素発生・炭酸ガス吸収剤包装体。
[11]活魚介類を、[8]〜[10]のいずれか1つに記載の酸素発生・炭酸ガス吸収剤包装体と共に、容器内に封入して輸送する、活魚介類の輸送方法。
酸素発生・炭酸ガス吸収剤包装体1袋、水20mLを含浸させた含水綿、空気(酸素濃度20.9体積%)3000mL、二酸化炭素2000mLを、ガスバリア性袋(バリヤナイロン/ポリエチレン製:大きさ350mm×400mm)の中に入れ、密封した。そのガスバリア性袋を25℃〜30℃の温度にて大気雰囲気下で48時間保管後、ガスバリア性袋内の酸素濃度X(体積%)と二酸化炭素濃度Y(体積%)とを測定して、酸素発生量α(mL)及び二酸化炭素吸収量β(mL)を下記の式により求めた。
酸素発生量α=−(0.125−X/100×(100−(12.5+40.0))/(100−(X+Y)))×5000
炭酸ガス吸収量β=(0.40−Y/100×(100−(12.5+40.0))/(100−(X+Y)))×5000
(作製例1)
過炭酸ナトリウム(PC−A:日本パーオキサイド株式会社製商品名)5g、活性炭(粒状白鷺:日本エンバイロケミカルズ株式会社製商品名)0.1g、及び無水炭酸ナトリウム(試薬)4gを混合し、酸素発生・炭酸ガス吸収剤組成物Aを得た。この組成物Aを厚さ180μmのポリオレフィン製微多孔膜からなる包装材料(セルポア:積水フィルム株式会社製商品名)からなる袋(寸法:120mm×80mm)に収容し、袋の開口部を熱シールして組成物Aを封入し、酸素発生・炭酸ガス吸収剤包装体Aを得た。
無水炭酸ナトリウム4gの代わりに無水炭酸カリウム(試薬)4gを用いた以外は作製例1と同様にして、酸素発生・炭酸ガス吸収剤包装体Bを得た。
無水炭酸ナトリウム4gの代わりに、水酸化カルシウム(菱光石灰工業株式会社製)4gを用いた以外は作製例1と同様にして、酸素発生・炭酸ガス吸収剤包装体Cを得た。
酸素発生・炭酸ガス吸収剤組成物Aに、乾燥剤として酸化カルシウム(粒状、有限会社坂本石灰工業所製)1gを更に添加した以外は作製例1と同様にして、酸素発生・炭酸ガス吸収剤包装体Dを得た。
無水炭酸ナトリウム4gの代わりに水酸化カルシウム(菱光石灰工業株式会社製)4gを用いた以外は作製例4と同様にして、酸素発生・炭酸ガス吸収剤包装体Eを得た。
酸素発生・炭酸ガス吸収剤包装体Aをポリエステル/アルミ箔/ポリエチレンをこの順に積層してなるガスバリア性袋(寸法:150mm×220mm)内に脱気包装して、そのガスバリア性袋を10日間、常温の室内(大気雰囲気下)に保管した。10日間保管後の酸素発生量を測定し、作製直後の酸素発生量と比較した。結果を表2に示す。
表2に示す包装体を用いた以外は実施例1と同様にして酸素発生量の測定を行った。結果を表2に示す。
保管期間を2カ月、4カ月及び5カ月とした以外は実施例1と同様にして酸素発生量の測定を行った。また、二酸化炭素吸収量の測定も同時に行った。結果を表3に示す。
表3に示す包装体を用いた以外は実施例3と同様にして、酸素発生量及び二酸化炭素吸収量の測定を行った。結果を表3に示す。
厚さ180μmのポリオレフィン製微多孔膜からなる包装材料(セルポア:積水フィルム株式会社製商品名)からなる袋(寸法:160mm×135mm)の中に過炭酸ナトリウム(PC−A:日本パーオキサイド製)50g、活性炭(粒状白鷺:日本エンバイロケミカルズ製)1gと無水炭酸ナトリウム(試薬)50gとの混合物を収容し、開口部を熱シールして封入し、酸素発生・炭酸ガス吸収剤包装体Fを得た。
包装体Fを収容しないこと以外は実施例5と同様にして実験を行った。72時間放置後のヘッドスペースガスの酸素濃度は20%、炭酸ガス濃度は30%であり、和金魚は元気に泳ぎ回るものはなく、半数が死亡していた。
Claims (11)
- 固体過酸化物と、過酸化物分解触媒と、アルカリ金属炭酸塩と、を含有する、酸素発生・炭酸ガス吸収剤組成物。
- 前記固体過酸化物が過炭酸ナトリウムを含む、請求項1記載の酸素発生・炭酸ガス吸収剤組成物。
- 前記過酸化物分解触媒が、活性炭、カタラーゼ酵素及び二酸化マンガンからなる群より選ばれる1種以上の触媒を含む、請求項1又は2に記載の酸素発生・炭酸ガス吸収剤組成物。
- 前記アルカリ金属炭酸塩が、炭酸ナトリウム無水物、炭酸ナトリウム一水和物及び炭酸カリウム無水物からなる群より選ばれる1種以上の炭酸塩を含む、請求項1〜3の何れか1項に記載の酸素発生・炭酸ガス吸収剤組成物。
- 前記固体過酸化物100質量部に対し、前記過酸化物分解触媒を0.1〜100質量部、かつ、前記アルカリ金属炭酸塩を0.1〜500質量部、含有する、請求項1〜4の何れか1項に記載の酸素発生・炭酸ガス吸収剤組成物。
- 前記固体過酸化物100質量部に対し、乾燥剤を0.1〜100質量部含有する、請求項1〜5の何れか1項に記載の酸素発生・炭酸ガス吸収剤組成物。
- 前記乾燥剤が、酸化カルシウム、塩化カルシウム無水物、酸化マグネシウム、ゼオライト及びシリカゲルからなる群より選ばれる1種以上の乾燥剤を含む、請求項6記載の酸素発生・炭酸ガス吸収剤組成物。
- 請求項1〜7のいずれか1項に記載の酸素発生・炭酸ガス吸収剤組成物と、前記酸素発生・炭酸ガス吸収剤組成物を包装する、少なくとも一部が透湿性防水材料からなる包装材料と、を含有する、酸素発生・炭酸ガス吸収剤包装体。
- 前記透湿性防水材料が、微細孔を有する樹脂製のシートからなる微多孔膜、及び/又は、微細孔を有する樹脂製のシートからなる不織布を含む、請求項8記載の酸素発生・炭酸ガス吸収剤包装体。
- 前記透湿性防水材料は、20g/m2/24時間以上のカップ法透湿度(40℃、90%RH)を有し、0.1〜3000秒/空気100mLのガーレー式透気度を有し、かつ常圧で液体の水を通さない透湿性防水材料である、請求項8又は9に記載の酸素発生・炭酸ガス吸収剤包装体。
- 活魚介類を、請求項8〜10のいずれか1項に記載の酸素発生・炭酸ガス吸収剤包装体と共に、容器内に封入して輸送する、活魚介類の輸送方法。
