Abstract
Description
図1は、本発明の第1の実施形態に係る電力変換ユニット1の構成を示す構成図である。図2は、本実施形態に係る電力変換ユニット1の素子4,5の取り付け状態を示す構成図である。図3は、本実施形態に係る4つの電力変換ユニット1により構成された電力変換装置10の構成を示す構成図である。なお、図中における同一部分には同一符号を付してその詳しい説明を省略し、異なる部分について主に述べる。以降の実施形態も同様にして重複した説明を省略する。
図4は、本発明の第2の実施形態に係る電力変換ユニット1Aの構成を示す構成図である。
Claims (6)
- 第1のスイッチング素子で構成される第1の電力変換回路と、
第2のスイッチング素子で構成される第2の電力変換回路と、
前記第1の電力変換回路に設けられ、前記第1の電力変換回路に直流電力を供給するための直流導体と、
前記第1の電力変換回路に設けられ、前記第2の電力変換回路の前記第2のスイッチング素子のスイッチングに伴うリプル電流の流入を抑制するためのインダクタンスを有する長さで、前記直流導体と前記第2の電力変換回路を接続するための接続導体と
を備えたことを特徴とする電力変換装置。 - 前記接続導体は、前記第2の電力変換回路との接続方向と垂直な切断面で3分割した3つの領域のうち前記第2の電力変換回路との接続側に最も近い領域以外の2つの領域に接続されること
を特徴とする請求項1に記載の電力変換装置。 - 前記接続導体は、前記第2の電力変換回路との接続方向と垂直な切断面で3分割した3つの領域のうち中央に位置する領域に接続されること
を特徴とする請求項1に記載の電力変換装置。 - 前記直流導体は、前記素子が設けられている面が四角形状であり、
前記接続導体は、前記第2の電力変換回路との接続側に最も近い辺以外の辺から前記直流導体に接続されること
を特徴とする請求項1に記載の電力変換装置。 - 第1のスイッチング素子で構成される第1の電力変換回路と第2のスイッチング素子で構成される第2の電力変換回路とを接続する電力変換装置の製造方法であって、
前記第1の電力変換回路に設けられ、前記第1の電力変換回路に直流電力を供給するための直流導体を、前記第1の電力変換回路に設けられ、前記第2の電力変換回路の前記第2のスイッチング素子のスイッチングに伴うリプル電流の流入を抑制するためのインダクタンスを有する長さの接続導体で、前記第2の電力変換回路と接続すること
を含むことを特徴とする電力変換装置の製造方法。 - スイッチング素子で構成される複数の電力変換回路と、
前記複数の電力変換回路の直流側を並列に接続する直流母線導体と、
前記各電力変換回路に設けられ、直流電力を供給するための直流導体と、
前記各電力変換装置に設けられ、前記スイッチング素子のスイッチングに伴うリプル電流の流入を抑制するためのインダクタンスを有する長さで、前記直流母線導体と前記直流導体とを接続するための接続導体と
を備えたことを特徴とする電力変換装置。
