Claims (5)
- 自走可能な車体(2,4)と、該車体(2,4)に搭載され制御装置(38)によって電子制御されるエンジン(10)と、該エンジン(10)の排気側に設けられ排気ガスを浄化する排気ガス浄化装置(18)と、前記エンジン(10)により駆動され吐出圧力(P)と吐出流量(Q)との積が一定となるような一定トルク制御される可変容量型の油圧ポンプ(15)と、該油圧ポンプ(15)から吐出される圧油により駆動される油圧アクチュエータ(27)とを備えてなる建設機械において、
前記制御装置(38)は、
前記エンジン(10)および/または排気ガス浄化装置(18)が不調であるか否かを判定する不調判定手段と、
該不調判定手段により不調であると判定された場合に、前記エンジン(10)の最高回転数を、不調前のエンジン最大トルク(Tm)を出力できる第1の回転数(Ns)よりも所定量(α)高い第2の回転数(Nt)に制限し、かつ、前記エンジン(10)の最大燃料噴射量を、前記第1の回転数(Ns)において不調前の定格トルク(Tr)を出力できるように制限するエンジン制限手段とを備える構成としたことを特徴とする建設機械。 - 前記所定量(α)は、前記油圧ポンプ(15)のピークトルクが前記エンジン(10)に加わることによる回転数の一時的な低下に見合う値に設定してなる請求項1に記載の建設機械。
- 前記制御装置(38)は、前記不調判定手段により不調であると判定された場合に、予め設定した所定時間(Mt)が経過すると前記エンジン(10)を停止させる構成としてなる請求項1に記載の建設機械。
- 前記制御装置(38)は、前記不調判定手段により不調であると判定された場合に、前記エンジン(10)の停止回数が予め設定した規定回数(Ct)に達すると前記エンジン(10)の始動を禁止する構成としてなる請求項1に記載の建設機械。
- 前記制御装置(38)は、前記不調判定手段により不調であると判定された場合に、予め設定した所定時間(Mt)が経過すると前記エンジン(10)を停止させ、かつ、前記エンジン(10)の停止回数が予め設定した規定回数(Ct)に達すると、前記エンジン(10)の始動を禁止する構成としてなる請求項1に記載の建設機械。
