Abstract
【解決手段】商用電力系統から電気負荷に至る交流電力の給電路に接続可能な発電機と発電機を駆動する内燃機関(エンジン)からなる発電ユニットを少なくとも備えたコージェネレーション装置において、内燃機関の排気系に配置され、排気中の水分の凝縮によって発生する凝縮水を排出する凝縮水ホースと、凝縮水ホースに配置され、ホースの内部の温度Tcを検出するホース内温度検出手段と、内燃機関から出力される排気の温度Teを検出する排気温度検出手段を備え、検出されたホースの内部の温度Tcと排気の温度Teの差が所定値未満のとき、排気が前記凝縮水ホースを吹き抜けていると判定する(S10からS16)。

Claims (3)
- 商用電力系統から電気負荷に至る交流電力の給電路に接続可能な発電機と前記発電機を駆動する内燃機関からなる発電ユニットと、前記内燃機関の冷却水を前記内燃機関の排気熱と熱交換させて昇温する熱交換器とを少なくとも備えたコージェネレーション装置において、
a.前記内燃機関の排気系に配置され、排気中の水分の凝縮によって発生する凝縮水を排出する凝縮水ホースと、
b.前記凝縮水ホースに配置され、前記ホースの内部の温度を検出するホース内温度検出手段と、
c.前記内燃機関から出力される排気の温度を検出する排気温度検出手段と、
d.前記検出されたホースの内部の温度と排気の温度の差が所定値未満のとき、排気が前記凝縮水ホースを吹き抜けていると判定する排気吹き抜け判定手段と、
を備えたことを特徴とするコージェネレーション装置。 - 前記凝縮水ホースは凝縮水を途中で貯留させる貯留部を備えると共に、前記排気吹き抜け判定手段は、排気が前記凝縮水ホースを吹き抜けていると判定するとき、前記内燃機関の運転を一旦停止し、次いで再始動して所定回転数以下の低負荷運転を所定時間継続することを特徴とする請求項1記載のコージェネレーション装置。
- 前記排気吹き抜け判定手段は、排気が前記凝縮水ホースを吹き抜けていると判定するとき、前記内燃機関の運転を一旦停止すると共に、運転停止回数をカウントし、前記カウントされた運転停止回数が所定回数を超えたとき、前記内燃機関の再始動を禁止することを特徴とする請求項1または2記載のコージェネレーション装置。
