Claims (8)
- 底部と、該底部周縁から立設された周壁部と、上方に開口し、深さが深くなるに従い内周壁の内径が小さくなるように形成された収容部と、該収容部の開口を封止するフィルムと、該収容部内底面より容器本体の底部に貫通形成された排出路と、該排出路出口を封鎖するように底部より下方に突出して形成された突起部とを有する試薬容器であって、前記突起部の周縁には厚膜部と該厚膜部より肉薄に形成された薄膜部よりなる破断部が形成され、該突起部を容器外より押圧することにより該破断部が破断し、突起部が排出路内へ挿入され該出口の封鎖状態が開放されることを特徴とする試薬容器。
- 前記薄膜部が、前記突起部の全周縁の長さに対し、連続して1/4以上の長さになるよう形成されていることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の試薬容器。
- 前記薄膜部は前記突起部の周縁に複数箇所設けられ、そのうちの少なくとも1つが突起部の全周縁の長さに対し連続して1/4以上の長さになるよう形成されていることを特徴とする請求項1または2に記載の試薬容器。
- 前記収容部の内壁下部における内径収縮率が、内壁上部における内径収縮率に対して大きくなるよう形成されていることを特徴とする請求項1ないし3のいずれか1項に記載の試薬容器。
- 前記薄膜部の厚さが0.03<t1<0.1mmの範囲に形成され、厚膜部の厚さが0.06<t2<0.2mmの範囲に形成されているとともに、薄膜部と厚膜部の幅が0<w≦1mmの範囲に形成されていることを特徴とする請求項1ないし4のいずれか1項に記載の試薬容器。
- 前記排出路が容器本体の中心軸より周壁側のいずれかの方向に偏芯させて形成されていることを特徴とする請求項1ないし5のいずれか1項に記載の試薬容器。
- 前記周壁部の上端にはフランジ片が突出して形成され、該フランジ片の上面に延伸性を有するフィルムを貼付することにより容器開口部を封止し、該フィルムを外部より加圧することによりフィルムが収納部内に膨張して内容物を排出せしめることを特徴とする請求項1ないし6のいずれか1項に記載の試薬容器。
- 前記周壁周囲のフランジ片の下面に環状凸部を設けたことを特徴とする請求項1ないし7のいずれか1項に記載の試薬容器。
