Abstract
Description
第1実施形態にかかる水素生成装置は、原料ガスを用いて改質反応により水素含有ガスを生成する筒状の改質器と、改質器で生成された水素含有ガス中の一酸化炭素を低減するCO低減器と、改質器の外周に設けられ、原料ガス中の硫黄化合物を除去する筒状の水添脱硫器と、水添脱硫器に供給される原料ガスが流れる原料ガス供給路とを備え、原料ガス供給路は、CO低減器と熱交換可能に構成され、水添脱硫器の原料ガス入口は、CO低減器に近い方の端面に設けられる。
図1は、第1実施形態にかかる水素生成装置の概略構成の一例を示す概念図である。
以下、水素生成装置1の動作について説明する。
第2実施形態の水素生成装置は、第1実施形態の水素生成装置であって、水添脱硫器は、CO低減器に対して鉛直方向に沿って下方に設けられると共に、その内部において、水添脱硫触媒と、水添脱硫触媒を貫通してその下端が水添脱硫器の内部に開放された開口を有する流路とを備え、該流路は、その上端が水添脱硫器の原料ガス入口及び水添脱硫器の原料ガス出口のいずれか一方に接続されている。
図3は、第2実施形態における水添脱硫器の概略構成の一例を示す断面図である。以下、図3を参照しつつ、本実施形態における水添脱硫器の構成について詳細に説明する。
図4は、第2実施形態における水添脱硫器の概略構成の一例を示す斜視図である。以下、図4を参照しつつ、本実施形態の水添脱硫器における、CO低減器と水添脱硫器の軸方向から見た形状について説明する。
図5は、第2実施形態の第1変形例における水添脱硫器の概略構成の一例を示す断面図である。

- 原料ガスを用いて改質反応により水素含有ガスを生成する筒状の改質器と、前記改質器で生成された水素含有ガス中の一酸化炭素を低減するCO低減器と、前記改質器の外周に設けられ、前記原料ガス中の硫黄化合物を除去する筒状の水添脱硫器と、前記水添脱硫器に供給される原料ガスが流れる原料ガス供給路とを備え、前記原料ガス供給路は、前記CO低減器と熱交換可能に構成され、前記水添脱硫器の原料ガス入口は、前記CO低減器に近い方の端面に設けられる、水素生成装置。

- 前記水添脱硫器は、前記CO低減器に対して鉛直方向に沿って下方に設けられると共に、その内部において、水添脱硫触媒と、前記水添脱硫触媒を貫通してその下端が水添脱硫器内部に開放された開口を有する流路とを備え、
前記流路は、その上端が前記水添脱硫器の前記原料ガス入口及び前記水添脱硫器の原料ガス出口のいずれか一方に接続されている、請求項1〜6のいずれかに記載の水素生成装置。 - 請求項1〜7に記載の水素生成装置と、前記水素生成装置より供給される水素含有ガスを用いて発電する燃料電池とを備える、燃料電池システム。
