Abstract
Description
図1は、本発明の一実施の形態にかかる光学測定装置の概略構成を示す模式図である。図1に示すように、実施の形態にかかる光学測定装置1は、測定対象物である生体組織6に対する光学測定を行って生体組織6の性状を検出する本体装置2と、被検体内に挿入される測定用のプローブ3とを備える。プローブ3は、可撓性を有し、基端32が本体装置2に着脱自在に接続し、接続する本体装置2によって、基端32から供給された光を先端33から生体組織6に対して出射するとともに、先端33から入射した生体組織6からの戻り光である反射光、散乱光を、基端から本体装置2に出力する。

Claims (7)
- 生体組織で反射または散乱された戻り光の分光測定を行って前記生体組織の特性値を取得する光学測定装置において、
基端から供給された光を伝導して先端から照射する照射ファイバと、
各々が先端から入射した光を伝導して基端から出力する複数の受光ファイバと、
前記生体組織を照射する光を出力発生して前記照射ファイバに供給する光源部と、
前記複数の受光ファイバと同数設けられ、各受光ファイバが出力した前記生体組織からの戻り光をそれぞれ分光測定する複数の測定器と、
前記複数の測定器による各測定結果を所定の記憶部に記憶させる制御部と、
を備え、
各測定器は、電力供給後に所定条件にて戻り光の特性値取得前測定を順次行い、前記特性値取得前測定において、前記光源部からの供給光量と、前記生体組織の光の反射状態または散乱状態とをもとに設定された量の受光強度の増加を検出したときに特性値取得用の分光測定を開始し、
前記制御部は、各測定器が前記特性値取得用の測定を開始した後の測定結果を、前記生体組織の特性値を取得するために要するデータとして前記記憶部に記憶させることを特徴とする光学測定装置。 - 前記光源部は、前記複数の測定器における前記戻り光の受光強度が環境光の強度と区別可能な強度で光を供給することを特徴とする請求項1に記載の光学測定装置。
- 前記光源部は、照射開始時において供給光量を一時的に増加し、
各測定器は、前記特性値取得前測定において、前記光源部の照射開始時における一時的な供給光量の増加に対応した一時的な受光強度の増加を検出したときに前記特性値取得用の分光測定を開始することを特徴とする請求項1に記載の光学測定装置。 - 前記光源部は、光を発する光源と、前記光源から発せられた光の光路上に設けられ、前記制御部の制御のもとで開閉自在なシャッタとを有することを特徴とする請求項1に記載の光学測定装置。
- 各測定器は、前記特性値取得前測定において、所定波長の光に対する前記受光強度の増加を検出したときに前記特性値取得用の分光測定を開始することを特徴とする請求項1に記載の光学測定装置。
- 前記光源部は、照射光として出力する光の波長を変更可能であり、照射開始から所定期間の間、前記所定波長の光を照射することを特徴とする請求項5に記載の光学測定装置。
- 前記光源部は、白色光を発する白色光源と、前記白色光に含まれる前記所定波長の光を透過するフィルタと、前記フィルタを移送する移送部とを有し、
前記制御部は、前記移送部に、前記特性値取得前測定前に、前記フィルタを光路中に移送させることを特徴とする請求項6に記載の光学測定装置。
