Claims (9)
- 水素含有ガス及び酸化剤を用いて発電を行うセルスタックを収納する筐体を備える燃料電池モジュールであって、
前記筐体は、
前記セルスタックを収納すると共に、開口部を有する本体部と、
前記本体部の前記開口部を覆う蓋体と、を備え、
前記本体部は、前記蓋体の厚さ方向から見て前記開口部を全周にわたって取り囲むと共に、前記蓋体の周縁部と対向する蓋体受け部を有し、
前記蓋体と前記蓋体受け部との間には、前記厚さ方向から見て前記開口部を全周にわたって取り囲むシール部材が配置され、
前記蓋体及び前記蓋体受け部の少なくとも一方は、前記シール部材側へ突出すると共に、前記厚さ方向から見て前記開口部を全周にわたって取り囲むように延びる第1の凸部を有する燃料電池モジュール。 - 前記蓋体は、前記蓋体受け部側へ突出する前記第1の凸部を有し、
前記シール部材は、前記第1の凸部と前記蓋体受け部との間で押圧される請求項1記載の燃料電池モジュール。 - 前記蓋体受け部は、前記蓋体側へ突出する前記第1の凸部を有し、
前記シール部材は、前記第1の凸部と前記蓋体との間で押圧される請求項1記載の燃料電池モジュール。 - 前記第1の凸部は、プレス加工によって形成される請求項1〜3の何れか一項記載の燃料電池モジュール。
- 前記蓋体は、第2の凸部を有し、当該第2の凸部に貫通孔が形成される請求項1〜4の何れか一項記載の燃料電池モジュール。
- 前記蓋体の外縁には、前記厚さ方向へ折り返される折り返し部が形成される請求項1〜5の何れか一項記載の燃料電池モジュール。
- 前記蓋体は、前記厚さ方向から見て前記第1の凸部より外周側に貫通孔を有し、
前記蓋体及び前記蓋体受け部の少なくとも一方は、他方へ突出すると共に、前記厚さ方向から見て前記貫通孔より外周側に第3の凸部を有する請求項1〜6のいずれか一項記載の燃料電池モジュール。 - 前記蓋体は、前記厚さ方向から見て前記第1の凸部より内周側に、前記第1の凸部に沿って延びる第4の凸部を有する請求項1〜7のいずれか一項記載の燃料電池モジュール。
- 前記筐体は、水素含有燃料を用いて改質ガスを発生させる改質器を収納し、
前記セルスタックは、前記水素含有燃料として前記改質器が発生する改質ガスを用いて発電を行う請求項1〜8のいずれか一項記載の燃料電池モジュール。
