Abstract
Description
ただし、K1は前記下部絶縁層の比誘電率、K2は前記上部絶縁層の比誘電率、T1は前記下部絶縁層の層厚、T2は前記上部絶縁層の層厚、ρ1(x)は前記下部絶縁層の中の電荷密度分布(xは前記下部電極層からの距離)、ρ2(y)は前記上部絶縁層の中の電荷密度分布(yは前記上部電極層からの距離)。
以下、本発明の第1実施形態の超音波振動子2について説明する。なお、以下の図は、説明のための、部材毎に縮尺等が異なる模式図である。
図2、図3に示すように、K1は下部絶縁層12の比誘電率、K2は上部絶縁層15の比誘電率、T1は下部絶縁層12の層厚、T2は上部絶縁層15の層厚、ρ1(x)は下部絶縁層12の中の電荷密度分布、(xは下部電極層からの距離)、ρ2(y)は上部絶縁層15の中の電荷密度分布、(yは上部電極層からの距離)である。数式1の両辺の量を効果電荷量(EE)と名付ける。
次に、本発明の第2実施形態の超音波診断装置である超音波内視鏡3について説明する。超音波内視鏡3の超音波送受部30が具備する超音波振動子2Aは、第1実施形態の超音波振動子2と同じであるため、説明は省略する。
Claims (8)
- 同じ材料からなる前記下部絶縁層と前記上部絶縁層との層厚が異なることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の超音波振動子。
- 前記下部絶縁層と前記上部絶縁層とが、材料および層厚が異なることを特徴とする請求項2に記載の超音波振動子。
- 駆動時に前記下部絶縁層と、前記上部絶縁層とは接触せず、前記ρ1(x)および前記ρ2(x)は前記下部電極層および前記上部電極層に駆動信号が印加されても変化しないことを特徴とする請求項3に記載の超音波振動子。
- 同じ材料からなる前記下部絶縁層と前記上部絶縁層との層厚が異なる超音波振動子を具備することを特徴とする請求項5に記載の超音波診断装置。
- 前記下部絶縁層と前記上部絶縁層とが、材料および層厚が異なる超音波振動子を具備することを特徴とする請求項6に記載の超音波診断装置。
- 駆動時に前記下部絶縁層と、前記上部絶縁層とは接触せず、前記ρ1(x)および前記ρ2(x)は前記下部電極層および前記上部電極層に駆動信号が印加されても変化しない超音波振動子を具備することを特徴とする請求項7に記載の超音波診断装置。
