Description
本発明の目的は、系統擾乱発生直後の電力系統の周波数変動に対する応答を可能とする風力発電装置の制御を実現することである。

Claims (7)
- 指令値に基づく有効電力の制御が可能な風力発電装置の制御装置であって、
電力系統の周波数を計測する計測手段と、
前記計測手段により計測された電力系統の周波数の変動が所定の基準を越えた場合、周波数変動量と有効電力指令値との予め設定された関係を示す変換情報に基づいて、電力系統の周波数の変動を抑制する方向に有効電力を制御する指令値を生成する指令値生成手段と、
を具備する風力発電装置の制御装置。 - 前記計測手段は、所定のサンプリング周期で取り込まれたデータの移動平均値に基づいて電力系統の周波数を計測する
請求項1に記載の風力発電装置の制御装置。 - 前記計測手段は、
電力系統の周波数の変動開始の初期段階には、第1のサンプリング周期に基づいて電力系統の周波数を計測し、
前記初期段階の後の電力系統の周波数の変動の後期段階には、前記第1のサンプリング周期より長い周期の第2のサンプリング周期に基づいて電力系統周波数を計測する
請求項2に記載の風力発電装置の制御装置。 - 前記指令値生成手段は、
電力系統の周波数の変動開始の初期段階には、指令値を生成する制御系において、第1の利得に基づいて指令値を生成し、
前記初期段階の後の電力系統の周波数の変動の後期段階には、指令値を生成する制御系において、前記第1の利得より小さい第2の利得に基づいて指令値を生成する
請求項1に記載の風力発電装置の制御装置。 - 前記計測手段、又は、前記指令値生成手段は、電力系統の周波数の変動開始から所定の時間が経過した場合、又は、電力系統の周波数の変動量が所定の閾値以下になった場合、電力系統の周波数の変動の後期段階に移行したと判断する
請求項3、又は、請求項4に記載の風力発電装置の制御装置。 - 当該風力発電装置の制御装置は、複数の風力発電装置を統括して制御する
請求項1に記載の風力発電装置の制御装置。 - 指令値に基づく有効電力の制御が可能な風力発電装置の制御方法であって、
電力系統の周波数を計測する計測工程と、
前記計測工程により計測された電力系統の周波数の変動が所定の基準を越えた場合、周波数変動量と有効電力指令値との予め設定された関係を示す変換情報に基づいて、電力系統の周波数の変動を抑制する方向に有効電力を制御する指令値を生成する指令値生成工程と、
を有する風力発電装置の制御方法。
