Claims (5)
- 電力送電網に接続されたガスタービンまたは蒸気タービンであるタービン(3)によって駆動される少なくとも1つのターボ発電機(4)の出力電力を制御する発電機制御デバイス(2)であって、電力送電網に供給する電力の周波数および振幅を電力送電網の要件に適合させる静止周波数変換器(6)と、電力送電網周波数felを測定する周波数測定デバイス(12)と、前記送電網周波数f el から、前記静止周波数変換器(6)に供給されて出力電力を制御する基準電力P ref と機械基準軸速度とを計算する変換器制御部(16)とを備え、前記静止周波数変換器(6)は、前記機械基準軸速度に応じた回転速度でタービン(3)及びターボ発電機(4)を運転し、
前記変換器制御部(16)は、前記機械基準軸速度を変換して前記基準電力P ref を計算し、
前記変換器制御部(16)は、前記基準電力P ref に基づいて前記静止周波数変換器(6)を切り換える発電機制御デバイス(2)。 - 前記ターボ発電機(4)が、前記送電網周波数felが目標周波数の上限閾値を上回る場合に公称速度よりも高い速度で運転され、送電網周波数felが目標周波数の下限閾値を下回る場合に公称速度よりも低い速度で運転され、
前記ターボ発電機(4)に接続された前記タービン(3)が、前記静止周波数変換器(6)に可変の慣性パワーを提供することを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の発電機制御デバイス(2)。 - 前記発電機制御デバイス(2)が、再生可能な供給源および/または低電力発電によって運転されるタービン(3)によって駆動されるいくつかのターボ発電機(4)の組の出力電力を制御し、発電機(4)の出力周波数が可変であることを特徴とする、請求項1または2に記載の発電機制御デバイス(2)。
- 電力送電網に接続されたガスタービンまたは蒸気タービンであるタービンによって駆動される少なくとも1つのターボ発電機(4)の出力電力を制御する方法であって、
電力送電網周波数felを測定するステップと、
前記送電網周波数f el から、機械基準軸速度を計算するステップと、
前記機械基準軸速度を変換して前記静止周波数変換器(6)に供給されて出力電力を制御する基準電力P ref を計算するステップと、
前記測定された電力送電網周波数felを電力送電網に供給する電力の周波数および振幅を電力送電網の要件に適合させる静止周波数変換器(6)に供給するステップと、
前記基準電力P ref に基づいて前記静止周波数変換器(6)を切り換えるステップと、
前記静止周波数変換器(6)が、前記機械基準軸速度に応じた回転速度でタービン(3)及びターボ発電機(4)を運転するステップと、
を含む方法。 - 前記送電網周波数felが目標周波数の上限閾値を上回る場合に、前記ターボ発電機(4)を公称値より高い速度で運転し、送電網周波数felが目標周波数の下限閾値を下回る場合に、公称値よりも低い速度でターボ発電機(4)を運転することを特徴とする、請求項4に記載の少なくとも1つのターボ発電機(4)の出力電力を制御する方法。
