Abstract
Description
図1は、本発明の実施の形態1に係るセル容量調整装置の構成を示す図である。なお、以降では、図1〜5において、同一符号は、同一又は相当部分を示す。
本発明の実施の形態2に係るセル容量調整装置について図4に示すフローチャートを参照しながら説明する。なお、この発明の実施の形態2に係るセル容量調整装置の構成は、上記の図1に示した実施の形態1と同様である。そのため、当該構成については、図1を参照することとし、ここでは説明を省略する。
Claims (5)
- 複数のセルを直列接続して構成された組電池を主電源とする電動機器の動作休止中に該組電池のセル間の残容量ばらつきを低減するセル容量調整装置であって、
セル容量調整目標電圧を設定するセル容量目標値設定手段と、
前記組電池の各セルの開放電圧を検出し、前記セル容量調整目標電圧以上の電圧値のセルの中から所定個のセルを選択するセル選択手段と、
前記セル選択手段によって選択されたセルを該電動機器の動作休止中にも稼動するユニットへ接続し、当該セルから前記ユニットへ電力を供給するセル接続スイッチ手段と、
所定期間ごとに前記セル接続スイッチ手段のONとOFFとを繰り返すことで、前記ユニットを間欠稼動させる間欠稼動制御手段と
を備え、
該電動機器が動作を休止している間に全てのセルの電圧値が前記セル容量調整目標電圧以下となるまで前記ユニットの間欠稼動を繰返す
ことを特徴とするセル容量調整装置。 - 前記セル容量目標値設定手段は、
各セルの開放電圧のうちの最高電圧値を除いた任意の電圧値を、前記セル容量調整目標電圧に設定する
ことを特徴とする請求項1に記載のセル容量調整装置。 - 前記セル容量目標値設定手段は、
全てのセルの電圧値が前記セル容量調整目標電圧以下となった場合に、再度、各セルの開放電圧のうちの最高電圧値を除いた任意の電圧値を、前記セル容量調整目標電圧に設定する
ことを特徴とする請求項2に記載のセル容量調整装置。 - 前記セル容量目標値設定手段は、各セルに定められた電圧下限値に基づいて求めたセル容量調整電圧下限値を、前記セル容量調整目標電圧に設定し、
前記セル選択手段は、各セルの開放電圧を検出し、前記セル容量調整目標電圧以上の電圧値のセルの中から電圧値の高い順に所定個のセルを選択する
ことを特徴とする請求項1に記載のセル容量調整装置。 - 前記間欠稼動制御手段は、
各セルに定められた電圧下限値以下の電圧値となったセルの個数が所定値を上回る場合に、前記ユニットの間欠稼動を停止する
ことを特徴とする請求項1ないし4のいずれか1項に記載のセル容量調整装置。
