Claims (8)
- アルミニウム材によって形成されたアルミニウム板と、銅材によって形成された硬質金属板とを備え、前記アルミニウム板の側端面と前記硬質金属板の側端面とがニッケル層を介して圧接により接合されたクラッド板であって、
前記アルミニウム板の側端面の先端側から後端側に形成された山部と谷部とがそれぞれ前記硬質金属板の側端面の後端側から先端側に形成された谷部と山部に前記ニッケル層を介して係合した状態で接合され、
前記ニッケル層の端部が前記アルミニウム板の側端面の後端部を越えて板表面に露出した状態で接合され、当該板表面に露出したニッケル層の露出部の平均幅が0.2〜1.5mmとされた、クラッド板。 - アルミニウム材によって形成されたアルミニウム板と、鉄材によって形成された硬質金属板とを備え、前記アルミニウム板の側端面と前記硬質金属板の側端面とがニッケル層を介して圧接により接合されたクラッド板であって、
前記アルミニウム板の側端面の先端側から後端側に形成された山部と谷部とがそれぞれ前記硬質金属板の側端面の後端側から先端側に形成された谷部と山部に前記ニッケル層を介して係合した状態で接合され、
前記ニッケル層の端部が前記アルミニウム板の側端面の後端部を越えて板表面に露出した状態で接合され、当該板表面に露出したニッケル層の露出部の平均幅が0.2〜1.5mmとされた、クラッド板。 - 前記アルミニウム板の側端面と前記硬質金属板の側端面とがニッケル層を介して圧接及び拡散接合により接合された、請求項1に記載したクラッド板。
- 前記アルミニウム材は純アルミニウム又は導電率が10%IACS以上のアルミニウム合金で形成され、前記銅材は純銅又は導電率が10%IACS以上の銅合金で形成された、請求項1に記載したクラッド板。
- 前記アルミニウム板の側端面と前記硬質金属板の側端面とがニッケル層を介して圧接及び拡散接合により接合された、請求項2に記載したクラッド板。
- 前記アルミニウム材は純アルミニウム又は導電率が10%IACS以上のアルミニウム合金で形成され、前記鉄材は純鉄又は軟鋼で形成された、請求項2に記載したクラッド板。
- 前記アルミニウム板および硬質金属板の板厚がそれぞれ0.5〜2mmである、請求項1から6のいずれか1項に記載したクラッド板。
- 前記ニッケル層の平均厚さが30〜120μm である、請求項1から7のいずれか1項に記載したクラッド板。
