Abstract
Description
実験例1では、ポリビニルアセタールにおけるアセタール基中のアセトアセタール基/ベンズアセタール基の比率を変えて比較した。
実験例2では、アセタール基中の側鎖の原子団がベンズアセタール基の場合とカルボニル基の場合とを比較した。
実験例3では、硬化物中のポリビニルアセタールの含有量を変えて比較した。すなわち、表4に示すように、ポリビニルアセタール樹脂の含有量を10〜100重量%の範囲で変えた。その他の条件については、実験例1における試料4の場合と同様とした。したがって、この実験例3における試料24は実験例1における試料4と同じである。
実験例4では、ポリビニルアセタールにおける水酸基の含有量を変えて比較した。すなわち、表5に示すように、水酸基の含有量を10〜40重量%の範囲で変えた。その他の条件は実験例1における試料4と同じである。

Claims (5)
- 各々が互いに反応する官能基を有する、少なくとも第1および第2の有機材料を含む2種類以上の有機材料を混合し、かつ互いに架橋させることによって、硬化物が得られる、フィルムコンデンサ用誘電体樹脂組成物であって、
前記第1および第2の有機材料の少なくとも一方の主鎖および/または側鎖の先端には、メチル基の分子凝集エネルギー以上の分子凝集エネルギーを有し、かつ当該分子凝集エネルギーによって互いに凝集を生じさせ得る、強凝集性原子団を持っていることを特徴とする、フィルムコンデンサ用誘電体樹脂組成物。 - 前記第1の有機材料がポリビニルアセタールであり、前記強凝集性原子団は前記ポリビニルアセタールにおけるアセタール基中の側鎖の先端にあり、前記アセタール基中の前記強凝集性原子団の比率は5モル%以上かつ95モル%以下であることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載のフィルムコンデンサ用誘電体樹脂組成物。
- 前記第1の有機材料がポリビニルアセタールであり、前記硬化物中の前記ポリビニルアセタールの含有量は10重量%以上かつ90重量%以下である、請求項1または2に記載のフィルムコンデンサ用誘電体樹脂組成物。
- 前記第1の有機材料が水酸基を10〜38重量%持つポリビニルアセタールである、請求項1ないし3のいずれかに記載のフィルムコンデンサ用誘電体樹脂組成物。
- 請求項1ないし4のいずれかに記載のフィルムコンデンサ用誘電体樹脂組成物を硬化させてなる誘電体樹脂フィルムと、
前記誘電体樹脂フィルムを挟んで互いに対向する第1および第2の対向電極と
を備える、フィルムコンデンサ。
