Claims (4)
- その一方主面側に液体が配置される圧電基板と、
前記圧電基板の前記一方主面上に形成され、それぞれIDT電極を有する、第1及び第2の弾性波素子と、
前記第1の弾性波素子の弾性波が伝搬する第1の領域上に配置され、前記液体中に含まれる被測定物質によって前記第1の弾性波素子への質量負荷を変化させる感応物質と、
を備え、
前記圧電基板の前記一方主面側に配置された前記液体が前記第2の弾性波素子によって攪拌され、前記感応物質による前記第1の弾性波素子への前記質量負荷の変化に伴って前記第1の弾性波素子によって測定される周波数が変化する、弾性波センサーであって、
前記第2の弾性波素子は、前記第2の弾性波素子の弾性波が伝搬する第2の領域が、前記第1の弾性波素子の弾性波が伝搬する前記第1の領域から離れて形成されたことを特徴とする、弾性波センサー。 - 前記第2の弾性波素子は、前記IDT電極の振動伝搬方向両側に配置された反射器を有する共振子型の弾性波素子であることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の弾性波センサー。
- 前記第1の弾性波素子の弾性波の振動伝搬方向と、前記第2の弾性波素子の弾性波の振動伝搬方向とが、間隔を設けて平行であることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の弾性波センサー。
- 請求項1、2又は3に記載の弾性波センサーを用いて液体中の被測定物質を測定する方法であって、
前記圧電基板の前記一方主面側に液体を配置し、前記液体を前記第2の弾性波素子によって攪拌しながら、前記第1の弾性波素子により所定時間経過前後の周波数を測定し、
前記所定時間経過中に前記第2の弾性波素子の駆動を停止することを特徴とする、弾性波センサーを用いた測定方法。
