Abstract
Description
P1=P2×2
射出成型グレードのポリカーボネート樹脂(旭硝子製のレキサン)を用い、外形寸法150mm×150mm、薄肉部位の最低厚み3mm、レンチキュラーの配列ピッチ(凹凸ピッチ)P1が30mmのレンチキュラーレンズ付き表面側透明板をインジェクションコンプレッション成型機(東芝機械製)によりインジェクション成型した。レンチキュラーレンズの焦点距離fは50mmとしている。レンチキュラーレンズの表面には、フッ素系コート膜(旭硝子製のサイトップ)をディッピング法によってコーティングしており、防汚性を高めると同時に反射防止性能を高めている。
上記実施例1と同様の外形寸法及び凹凸ピッチを有するレンチキュラーレンズ付き表面側透明板をインジェクション成型した。レンチキュラーレンズの焦点距離fは120mmとしている。レンチキュラーレンズの表面には、フッ素系コート膜(旭硝子製のサイトップ)をディッピング法によってコーティングしており、防汚性を高めると同時に反射防止性能を高めている。
上記実施例2の表面側透明板について、図8に示すように、レンチキュラーレンズの稜線に沿って30mmピッチで幅2mmの溝状部を設けた。その他については、上記実施例2と同様である。
上記実施例1において、裏面側透明板に銀合金スパッタリング膜を成膜する代わりに、図4に示すように、正反射層を有する反射フィルムを形成した。反射フィルムの基材としては、Tダイ押し出し成型によって成型した厚み175μmのA−PETフィルムを用い、このフィルム上にコロナ放電処理を施して表面官能基化処理を行い、更にその片面にロールコーターによってアクリル系光重合モノマーを10μmコーティングし、紫外線照射を行って光重合モノマーを硬化させた。
上記実施例1と同様の外形寸法を有する表面側透明板及び裏面側透明板について、セル間隔中心線C2に対するレンチキュラーレンズの薄肉部位の変曲点Wの位置シフト量L1、セル間隔中心線C2に対する裏面側透明板の薄肉部位の変曲点Zの位置シフト量L2を変えて(図12(b)参照)なる太陽電池モジュールを作成した。
上記実施例2と同様の外形寸法を有する表面側透明板及び裏面側透明板について、裏面側透明板の厚肉部位の変曲点Yの位置をセル中心線C1から離れる側に偏心させてなる太陽電池モジュールを作成した。
上記実施例2と同様の外形寸法を有する表面側透明板及び裏面側透明板について、レンチキュラーレンズの凹凸ピッチP1と裏面側透明板の凹凸ピッチP2との関係がP1≠2×P2となるような太陽電池モジュールを作成した。
Claims (5)
- 太陽電池と、
前記太陽電池の表面側及び裏面側に前記太陽電池を覆うように設けられた被覆部と、
前記被覆部の裏面側に凹凸状に設けられ、前記太陽電池に太陽光を集光させる下側集光部とを備え、
前記太陽電池は、少なくとも裏面で受光可能であり、間隔をもって複数配置されており、
前記下側集光部は、前記太陽電池の中心部に対応する第1位置と前記各太陽電池間の間隙中心部に対応する第2位置とにおいて前記太陽電池側に対して凹状となるような凹凸形状を有していることを特徴とする太陽電池モジュール。 - 前記下側集光部の凸状頂部は、前記第1位置と前記第2位置との中心部よりも前記第1位置側に偏心していることを特徴とする請求項1記載の太陽電池モジュール。
- 前記被覆部の表面側に凹凸状に設けられ、前記太陽電池に前記太陽光を集光させる上側集光部を更に備え、
前記太陽電池は、表面及び裏面で受光可能であることを特徴とする請求項1記載の太陽電池モジュール。 - 前記上側集光部は、前記各太陽電池間の間隙中心部に対応する位置において前記太陽電池側に対して凹状となるような凹凸形状を有していることを特徴とする請求項3記載の太陽電池モジュール。
- 前記下側集光部は、基材上に形成され、前記太陽光を前記太陽電池側に反射させる金属層を有し、
前記下側集光部と他の部分とは、互いに積層された状態において真空吸着下で熱プレスすることにより接合されていることを特徴とする請求項1〜4のいずれか一項記載の太陽電池モジュール。
