Claims (13)
- 試薬部と、1以上の電極と、を備えた分析用具であって、
上記1以上の電極は、上記試薬部が形成された多孔質導体部を含んでいる、分析用具。 - 上記多孔質導体部は、多孔質体の表面および内表面の少なくとも一部に導体膜をコーティングしたものである、請求項1に記載の分析用具。
- 上記多孔質体は、絶縁性繊維メッシュクロスである、請求項2に記載の分析用具。
- 上記1以上の電極は、シート状に形成されている、請求項1に記載の分析用具。
- 上記1以上の電極は、第1および第2電極シートを含んでおり、
上記第1および第2電極シートの間に介在する絶縁シートをさらに備えている、請求項4に記載の分析用具。 - 上記絶縁シートは、絶縁性繊維メッシュクロスである、請求項5に記載の分析用具。
- 上記第1および第2電極シートを間に介在させる第1および第2カバーシートをさらに備えており、かつ、上記第1カバーシート、上記第1電極シート、上記絶縁シート、上記第2電極シートおよび上記第2カバーシートを、この順序で積層した形態を有しており、
上記第1および第2カバーシートのうちの少なくとも一方は、上記第1および第2電極シートを露出させるための孔部を有している、請求項4に記載の分析用具。 - 上記第1カバーシートには、上記第1電極シートを露出させるための孔部が形成されており、
上記第2カバーシートには、上記第2電極シートを露出させるための孔部が形成されている、請求項7に記載の分析用具。 - 上記第1カバーシート、上記第1電極シートおよび上記絶縁シートには、上記第2電極シートを露出させるための孔部が形成されており、
