Abstract
Description
a)前記溶媒に代えて乾燥用ガスを前記トラップカラムに流通させるガス供給手段と、
b)前記目的成分が捕集された前記トラップカラムに対し溶出用の前記溶媒を流す前に、所定時間の間又は前記トラップカラム内部の乾燥が終了したと判断できる時点まで前記乾燥用ガスを流すように前記ガス供給手段を制御する制御手段と、
を備えることを特徴としている。

Claims (4)
- 目的成分を含む溶液をトラップカラムに流して該目的成分をトラップカラム中に捕集し、その後に溶出力を有する溶媒を前記トラップカラムに流し、該トラップカラム中に捕集されていた目的成分を溶出させて回収するための分取精製装置において、
a)前記溶媒に代えて乾燥用ガスを前記トラップカラムに流通させるガス供給手段と、
b)前記目的成分が捕集された前記トラップカラムに対し溶出用の前記溶媒を流す前に、所定時間の間又は前記トラップカラム内部の乾燥が終了したと判断できる時点まで前記乾燥用ガスを流すように前記ガス供給手段を制御する制御手段と、
を備えることを特徴とする分取精製装置。 - 請求項1に記載の分取精製装置であって、前記ガス供給手段は、前記乾燥用ガス、前記溶媒、又は前記目的成分を含む溶液の1つを前記トラップカラムに流通させるように流路を切り替える流路切替手段を含むことを特徴とする分取精製装置。
- 請求項1又は2に記載の分取精製装置であって、前記トラップカラムに供給される前記乾燥用ガスを加熱するガス加熱手段を備えることを特徴とする分取精製装置。
- 請求項3に記載の分取精製装置であって、前記トラップカラムを加熱するカラム加熱手段を備えることを特徴とする分取精製装置。
